Customer service Needs improvement

Instead of requesting 1-on-1 support again, after getting a response back from the Weverse Shop customer service, I wish there was a way we can reply to their message directly. That would make it easier to see and keep track of im the inquiries we’ve made.

I’m not saying that the customer service chat isn’t helpful except that’s exactly what I’m saying. I’ve been trying to exchange a defective item for almost a month now. Here’s my complaints 1) For whatever reason, they don’t do threads. Even when my query was not resolved, it would auto-complete the query once the customer rep replies which isn’t helpful when the rep doesn’t answer my questions/help me. I have resorted to screenshotting my previous query and uploading it in my new query to make a “pretend” thread 2) You need more customer reps or a bigger team. Even before COVID, it was well-known how desperate you would have to be to resort to contacting the customer service on Weverse shop. It takes about a week between responses and would take several weeks for your issue to be actually resolved. A girl I know literally put washi tape over her melting portable battery because she didn’t want to contact them (before they did a full recall of the batteries). 3) please, please, PLEASE try to randomize the packs people buy more. This was especially bad with the BangBangCon release. Everyone in the US seemingly got the same packs. When I buy 5 packs of photocards, I don’t want 4 of them to be the exact same. Mix them up a little.

I happy there are product for fans but this the second time I try to buy some thing it won’t let me buy because my address My address is valid and makes me upset because I can’t buy because of that issue and I am in USA there is no such thing weverse shop USA

I bought a lightstick and it took 7 months but I though I got it from China but no it came fro California and when I ordered from California it only take a week but good Kpop!

I purchased a ticket for the online concert and the link did not work. Kept looping me into the store but no sign on screen ever came up. Yes I checked my device compatibilty before hand. Emailed customer service but now realize their is no customer service? I am reading thru the reviews and see that I am not the only person to have had really bad customer service. I find it a very poor reflection on Big Hit and BTS that they would allow a company that is responsible for their merchandise and image to be so poor. Will try and get my money back thru paypal. Needless to say I will not be purchasing anything else from this company.

They will eventually stop letting you contact their customer service when you never receive your order. It’s been since January that I ordered and they took my money and still haven’t received anything. ?

I know you are all doing your best to update your services to meet all the expectations of your clients especially internationally. As a devoted customer, I hope these changes will be for the best. I had bad experiences in the past but I believe that slowly it’ll be for our benefit and satisfaction. Keep it up!

I ordered myself a BTS membership kit back in 04/20/20 and still to this day my package has not been delivered or shipped now I have moved to a house and I can’t change my address or contact someone for help every time i try to contact someone they say there sorry for the delay but they don’t try to fix my problem or help me out that is on them.I been waiting for this package and they can’t seem to help me change my address so I can receive my package I’m so upset right now

Every time I try to go to the pop up section of the shop, the app glitches and doesn’t let me go there or shuts the app down. It’s very rare that it will let me into the pop up section of the app and when it does, it just glitches and kicks me out at some point. It has been like this since the first release and everything I want always sells out because of it. It’s ridiculous
