I hate the change!!! The old one was wasayyy better!! Easier to read this is horrible y’all try to make it look cool but made the results more difficult to figure out. I’ll be canceling!! Sorry

I can no longer find my easy to interpret results? Big step backwards. It’s like the results page is missing. If this is really the intended redesign I’ll be uninstalling, because it’s useless. Update -even with all the updates this app redesign has failed. I’m just an occasional user so maybe I’m not the market. I find the new design an intuitive and no longer valuable. The PREVIOUS easy-to-use and interpret graphical results page was what gave the app value to me now that is gone... traded in for a long list of numbers that have no explanation. Sorry -i’ll be looking for another app.

What happened? This app was a life saver when I was having horrible anxiety and panic attacks and need to learn through biofeedback how to calm myself down. The design was clean and clear and professional and now it’s been redesigned like a 2000’s miniclip game? Not only do I have no idea how to use it or where any of my results are but the design itself is ridiculous. I’m so sad to see them completely overhaul a perfectly good app into something sub par.

This app used to be reliable for what it is supposed to do: Get health related measurements. Now it consistently reports no results. Nothing. Whether hrm, or the camera. Nothing. I paid for the so called best plan, and now I am very frustrated. I am not Well. Please fix.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH, so frustrating. This app is destroying my already crappy HRV. The app that test HRV is lowering my HRV!!!!!!!!!! Just to let you know, this review was written after using this app this morningand in a frustrated, irritated state after using this app. I never write reviews, but I hope this negative review gets the attention of the design team. From the minute I upgraded to the new format and seeing for the first time, I was very upset. It felt like they stole the app I purchased previously and forced me to take a new app that I would have not paid for. The new app seems like its trying to catch up with the times and be hip and cool, but instead what happened was utterly bad choice in design and usage. I dont believe they had anyone test the app before they rolled it out to everyone. I am a paid user. I already paid the super high priced yearly subscription and cannot get out. So I feel like they stole the product they sold me, and then they force fed me something that is utterly confusing, filled with bugs, very slow, distracting, inconsistent, very bad design choices. I believe they were trying to look modern and apeal to a younger generation. I am not old but utterly upset each morning I have to test now. I message the company a few times, but each time, they say, we love the app and hope you can love it too. Before the app had a simple white background with all the numbers listed clearly on 1 page. Now I have to go through page after page to get a few numbers here and there and go back page after page to get other numbers. Some numbers have been removed. THere are about 20 differnt font size and font types. Black background and white background. Darkmode and white mode mixed together. What modern app have you waiting 5 second or more to get to the next page? Its been nearly a month since the new update and I have to wait. The first week, the wait time was infinite. I had to literally close the app and try again. The notice on the page asked to not close the app, but would take minutes of wait time. It seemed to get better, but there is still just enough wait time to make this app feel like second rate amatuer quality. Its been a few week already and the "feed" format does not update properly. Reset, and then reset again, and the latest test doesnt show. All my blood pressure results are stacked up on top (even from few days ago) so I have to scroll a few pages to get my latest HRV test. Even If I come down to my HRV test, the app is so inconsistant with updating, I have to squint to look at the time (a tiny greyed out font). Even If i check the time, Im not sure if its from today or yesterday so I have to go compare the last few tests to make sure the last one in current. The design team didnt even have a person to notice that its nearly impossible to read white font in front of neon green background. Or their other choice of white front on yellow background. So i have to squint to try to read what the number is. If there is a decimal point, forget it, you wont be able to see it. I have to select my heart rate chest strap everytime. NO I DONT WANT TO USE MY FINGER EVER, but have to select I want the chest strap. NO I DONT WANT TO USE MY WATCH EVER. Why do I have to goto settings and select the same device I use every single day. All the almost insulting cryptic messages like "Conquer the world! JUST KIDDING" What the hell is this I have to read every morning? Just freaking give me numbers. Like a percentage or something instead of a message I have to spend mental hours trying to understand. Like "LULLABYe FAST PACING" "EXALT A HALT IN PRODUCTION" What happens to all the people who do not understand english fully well. It became nearly unusable for them. I truly loved this app before. But now it feels like I get upset every single day using it. Maybe it is augmented by the fact that I pay a premium yearly subscription. But even so, even if it were free, this app is very slow and confusing and annoying. I have been asking them to give us the option to remove all the distraction and colors, animations, and just provide a simple layout with just the numbers. But I guess I am stuck with this for now. I really dont know how they still have 4.5 out of 5 star. Not sure if these reviews are for the previous app. If so thats not cool as this is an entirely new app than the one I purchased.

I should have read more reviews before purchasing. I have the Apple Watch and that is really enough. App is too confusing and too expensive. Don't know what half of the readings mean.

I really wish you guys hadn’t changed this app so drastically. It was a lot better prior. I do love that I can use my Apple Watch finally, but this new layout is completely all over the place. It doesn’t make sense and now you have to pay for literally everything. And what’s up with not putting dates on the HRV tests that you take? It says a time but doesn’t say am or pm and there’s no dates when you’re trying to look back in the feed. Not helpful. Really hope they fix this.

Ditto to what Junoflx2 said a week or so ago. That lengthy review and the stress it induced just by reading it was an accurate reproduction of my disappointment and stress over the app overhaul. I too paid for a year long subscription and this version is like a totally different app and not for the better. It is much, MUCH harder to remember where to find particular readings. The UI is a garbled mess of colors and backgrounds. It used to be that the app was 100% good concept; 85% good execution (it still probably flooded you with too much information). Now, it is 100% good concept, but 15% good execution. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. PS I rarely write app reviews and I have NEVER flat out recommended against subscribing to an app. I’m not even sure this one is even worth downloading for the free usage.

I downloaded this app whien it wras first released. I thought it was such an awesome idea I had to get on board and I phone ôp and try it out! Only problem was my Phonevwas very very slow. Fast forward to today. Gotta new phone for my anniversary and this was one of the first apps I downloaded!!!!! I LOVE IT!! It’s so neat to see how your stress levels and things change from day to day! I really wish thaut the premium I’ll weren’t so expensive though! I won’t ever be able to afford theme reef tree premium but I’d love it if I could! I’ll just have to continue to acceî trade ee
