Scam - took money, can't cancel account

I signed up for this free app. I then noticed on my credit card I had been charged $39 by this app. I went to try and cancel the subscription and was unable to. Currently jumping through hoops to get my money back

Not reliable information

S_shopper27

My results are consistently bad regardless of how I’m actually doing. I can be relaxed and feel great and my results will still indicate I’m under extreme stress and my parasympathetic nervous system is not functioning adequately. I’m not sure how this is useful information. I question the accuracy.

Dont get the yearly premium

Loved this app so i got the year subscription. BIG mistake. Now i barely use it because its infuriating! I spend several minutes getting my reading and putting in my tags and only after the tags have been input do i see that my accuracy score is low and i have to redo it. Theres no way to skip the tags and add them later or show the accuracy BEFORE I waste my time putting tags in. i was told over two months ago a solution was "coming soon".....WHERE? I finally decided to give it another chance after 36 days and it was the same crap! It took 10 minutes and 4 readings IN THE EXACT SOME POSITION! To get my accuracy to 93%. I would give it one star but presumably if you have the patience and the time to waste you might find it useful.

BUYER BEWARE- DETAILS BELOW

I chose to pay for Welltory’s advertised and specifically described service. The advertised services I chose to pay for did not work as they were advertised/described. I reached out multiple times and patiently waited for the Welltory support team to demonstrate an actual and legitimate attempt to assist me with this issue for about a month (my paid for services having never functioned properly). Welltory customer support provided me with breadcrumbs of information, bit by bit, for about a month (as they juggled me between agents, asked irrelevant questions and provided redundant directions—all while dragging out my inquiry). I had to come back each time to ask why the last “breadcrumb” didn’t work. I found this practice to be insane, unprofessional, incompetent, misleading and cruel. I was at the mercy of Welltory customer support staff as I struggled to make these features work as advertised and wasted much time and, of course, money. When I FINALLY asked for a refund (after being more patient than any of these Welltory support agents deserved), I was CONVENIENTLY told that, at this point—the “refund period (had) expired.” It is also at this point that I finally realized why Welltory support agents had dragged out every single interaction and question with NO type of resolution. BEWARE of spending ANY hard-earned money on Welltory. If you were as gullible as I was and you already paid for Welltory, BEWARE of the criminal techniques employed by any Welltory “support” member. If you have struggle to get Welltory’s advertised features to work, such as any “bummers,” “boosters” or “tag experiments” (which I can say with certainty that YOU WILL)—do NOT expect ANY chance of improvement and IMMEDIATELY ask for a refund before they drag out the “refund period.” PLEASE learn from my mistakes in this unanticipated situation and DO NOT allow these Welltory con-artists to profit from any more unrendered services!!!

Interesting view

A few friends recommended this for a view of health for me. I do not really understand how it works. It is free so I guess I can’t get too much information.

Doesn’t work

The heart rate variability is wildly inaccurate

Won’t Cancel Subscription

I purchased an annual subscription to the app. After finding that I wasn’t using it that often, I set the subscription to expire (I.e. not auto renew) and deleted the app. They charged me $79.00 anyway, which I can’t afford this year. Do NOT buy a subscription unless you’re okay with paying for life apparently

Too early to decide

Free version severely crippled

Was looking forward to using the app. I understood I would need the Pro subscription to add multiple information sources. I was deeply saddened that I couldn’t even use basic integration with the stock Apple Health app without the subscription. This makes the app practically useless.
