By their own admission (though not proactively communicates to users) the “customized” resulted that are the touted strengths of this app are broken and report garbage. This is allegedly “known” and “being worked on”, but the issue seems to have been going on for at least a year, without any progress having been made.

But not volunteered... I have a year subscription and over a month of it is wasted because I cannot see my in depth readings. At least if I was prorated for no service I would understand work in progress.
