Where’s my data?

pair trouble

Since I updated the app I can’t find my data. I used to be able to see HF, LF, VHF, rmssd, all kinds of things. I can’t even find my latest heart rate data. Where did it all go?

Love the app, miss the old layout

This app has been incredible for me as I battle a variety of health issues. I paid for the month by month because I wanted to see if I would keep using it. The day after finally paying for the year subscription, the new update came out. I am lost. I have never written an app review in my life, but I felt I had to write because of how much I miss the old layout. There is way too much going on, and it is significantly more difficult to immediately find accuracy scores and the quick overview of my health. This is the only reason I use the app. I don’t like needing to add mood, how I am feeling in a different location than the test. It is also difficult to see where results from one test end and another test start. Could there be an option to choose between the new and old layout? Again, love the app, miss the simplicity of the old layout.

From Decent to Unfortunately Bad

The new UI is the least clear or user friendly interface I’ve ever used (not kidding). The information that I used to get is no longer there. If it is good luck finding it. The UI before was poor but things were actually there. Once you left the data page after the test it was hard to find it again and very light trend data. With this real ease it looks like a cartoon with random topics, no clean data screen and an overall head scratcher. Not sure what they were thinking but the app is now not even worth it if it was free. Sorry to be negative but not worth the time. I’m searching for something else.

Was good, upgrade is not

Just got this recently and really liked how the data and explanations were laid out - except for HRV because I’m used to a number not a score and that isn’t explained well. But they just did an upgrade and now it’s harder to read and use and does not flow smoothly. May stop using it now - bummer because I was excited about this one that seemed easier and more detailed than my old app I used ?

So confused by the latest update

I can’t find my measurements anywhere in the new update. I’m sure it’s supposed to be a better experience but I can’t find my recommendations anywhere in the platform now. Really frustrated.

Promising with imperfections

Welltory has lovely graphics and action, I’ll give them that. But getting readings with a dual camera iPhone 11 was awkward and never felt quite right. At first I enjoyed the positive feedback the I was healthy but dire warnings to take it easy came as a surprise. I felt fine. After the free trial ended, I wasn’t sure why I’d keep using it. Then the pricing on the subscription seemed unconvincing. I don’t need more apps to keep me using my phone. - Crisp1

Cool app. Russian bot?

The app update is very cool. It takes a while for info from a reading to appear in the feed, and that’s a bit irritating, and sometimes the data just doesn’t show up in the feed at all. The older UI was easier. Quick question — why is the word “accuracy” in the analysis in Russian?

“Sci-Fi” Update

I am an occasional user of this app. I was previously a subscriber who used it everyday - sometimes multiple times per day. That will not be happening again with the newest update. It is no longer user friendly. I have no idea where to find anything and there are no explanations as to what each button means. The app keeps bragging that I should be able to use my Apple Watch to take measurements - that’s not working. I read the “help” section on how to connect my watch to the app and all it advises is to connect Apple Health. That’s done. But still no luck. I turned on the “Breathe” feature and did that a couple times yesterday, and none of that information has been loaded into this app. The raw data is really the only thing I looked at on this app previously, and now all of that is gone...or impossible to find. The reason I am even bothering to write a review is because I received 15 notifications from this app between 2AM and 7AM last night. That is totally ridiculous! The notifications were the same three messages repeated five times. Truly annoying! I went into the app to change my notification settings and, of course, that couldn’t be found. I think I am ready to delete this app completely even though I have data for almost 400 measurements saved.

New update is spectacular

Even with server glitches in the beginning, this update is truly next gen! I’m not your typical user- had a stroke almost three years ago and I use Welltory to give me feedback on whether my efforts to use neuroplasticity to rewire my brain are successful. My physical therapist uses my readings to access whether I can push hard in a session or if I need to take it easy. The new version is so much easier to read and understand. Especially love syncing to my Apple Health app. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

why did u that?

Ugly release. Too garbage UI!
