The app is useless. I shopped at Wegmans twice in the past week, neither of those receipts show up. Trying to find an item in a specific aisle is impossible, because the items are not in the isles where the app thinks they are! I’ve had numerous conversations with people in the corporate office, but they’ve never been able to fix the problems. They did fix it long enough that Receipts show up from August and September, but I’ve been shopping there all year.

My only suggestion is allowing cash payments for pick ups, wic, snap to be used for pick ups also.

A blank screen pops up with an itty bitty loading circle in the top left, but doesn’t actually show me a login screen. I can even register to make an acc so I can get points and stuff :(
In stock or not?

This app makes you believe things are in stock. You go to the store, and find out they’re out of the product. So I can’t rely on it to know if I’ll have the things I need, or if I’ll have to scramble and go to another grocery store. The Shoprite app is better at letting you know if an item is in stock. Get with it Wegmans!
Logs me out

App logs me out and constantly changes my home store location making it impossible to clip coupons within the app.
Paper or iPhone App? ... Paper...

The app freezes or crashes when using 3G in the store -- when you need it most! I left my paper list at home... should have known better. The app actually made my shopping trip much longer than it should have been because I had to reboot several times so I could see what everyone needed. I'm back to paper. I wrote the above review about two years ago and forgot to send it. Probably because I was so frustrated with the app, I didn’t want to think about it. Unfortunately, Wegman’s app has gone from bad to worse! I can’t use any of the functions… I can’t open my list, I can’t open departments, the search function doesn’t work… what’s up, Wegmans??? Maybe hire some new developers or just drop your app experiment. You failed.
Deletes items

The app deletes out of stock items from your list—even lists for shopping in the store. So instead of being able to choose something else, we get home missing important items since we relied on the list. Will go back to using another store since this is a pretty big problem.
You will never find the product at the location

Most of the products location mentioned on app is wrongly mapped. Do they even care. Time is precious.
The updated versions of this app forget the customer needs

I used to love this app. Instead of simple search options with quick results in availability/aisle locations they are trying to promote products and in the process made the process of shopping more tedious. It takes more clicks to find items not in stock etc. Rather painful! How about a tabbed approach. One for searches with results on availability/aisle on the results page without needing to drill down for the useful information, and the other tabs for the newer features (for those who may be interested).

What happened? I used to be able to stand in my store, enter an item and the store location would pop up. No more. The app now looks like a massive advertisement for Wegmans products, and is not at all helpful. I will give it one more try and if it doesn’t respond better, I’ll delete it.
