It’s one thing after another…

There were issues with this new upgrade that seem to have been, for the most part, dealt with. Then I go to look at my orders and receipts and now it shows only 1 item from a whole list of groceries. It’s just one thing after another with this app. I hope this gets fixed soon.

Update: after 11/8/2021 update I cannot add or modify notes on items in shopping cart. Serious problem. There are still many items which are at stores but not listed on Wegman’s website so you have to add notes, only now you cannot add or modify notes. Many of the missing items on the Wegman’s website have been at stores for many months. I live closer to the Perinton store than the Newark store but I am not able to change stores. I must order through the Newark store because of my zip code. It wouldn’t matter except the quality of food as well as the selection of foods at the Newark store is terrible and that is not an exaggeration. Every employee I talk to agrees. This is especially important when you are handicapped. I have also called and it just falls on deaf ears. Very discouraging when you are forced to eat low quality food or starve.
Pharmacy portion is poorly done

Wegmans should take a lesson from Walgreens app and completely redesign to match Walgreens functionality and ease of use. Wegman’s pharmacy app is difficult to navigate, omits key information and is nonintuitive. Very poorly designed app - inexcusable for such a large enterprise.
Very cumbersome list building

Why can I no longer build my own grocery list by just typing in general item names? The app is now making me look up specific store items and adding them one at a time. EXTREMELY cumbersome and time-consuming. I can no longer just refer to a concise list, now I’m supposed to look at a lengthy series of pictures while shopping. I hate this feature!!

The latest up date is terrible. I have been using this app for 18 months with out issue. Now after I check out it tells me literally every item is out of stock and would I like to replace it. That last time I didn’t replace anything and got everything but one item. I do not have time to try and figure out replacements for items that are truly on the shelf. This needs to be fixed immediately.
Good app but recent issues

I like the app, and it’s always worked very well. However, over the last month or so, whenever I go back to check my previous orders/receipts, it only shows 1 item from all the things I purchased. I shop for multiple people, so I’d been depending on the app to itemize what others need to reimburse me for, but now I cannot see what was purchased on previous trips. For now, I’m holding onto receipts, but I’d really like to see this new issue fixed.
New update is lacking

The new app update is really lacking and not user friendly. The old one was much better. Really disappointed and hopefully wegmans sees all the negative reviews amd does another update shortly.

I love shopping at Wegmans, but this app is frustrating. Any time an item goes out of stock, it just disappears from your list. Then you go shopping, you think you get everything then it randomly pops back into your list like the next day. There should be a spot where it says currently out of stock, or just say next to the item that it’s out of stock. That way we all just don’t forget something we needed, we can just shop for a replacement instead. It’s been like this for a long time it seems and still hasn’t been updated after SO many people complaining about it. PLEASE fix that. Also I’ve realized you have to be super specific when looking up items recently. Sometimes random stuff will pop up instead of what you typed in that is no where near related to what you originally searched.
Updates make app worse

Every update seems to take functionality from this app. For example, my past orders from 6 months ago + have disappeared. I went to add my Thanksgiving day 2020 order to my list and it is not available. Also, you cannot add individual items from past orders, only the entire order which is a huge pain to then delete the items from the list. Please fix these issues! Used to be a great app and not up to Wegman’s standards.
