Horrible search function and more

Impossible to narrow a search to find a specific group of products. For example, limiting by gluten free or vegan on the home screen retrieves too many thinks. How can I narrow that search? Wish I could retrieve items that are specifically in Nature’s Marketplace. Wish that items that are out of stock were marked as such, rather than being removed from my list. And wouldn’t you want to know that people want that item? And what does “see sales associate“ (or whatever the phrase is) really mean? If I have to track down a sales associates, that is not good.
What happened to “My Orders and Receipts”?

Loved this app until the update a few weeks ago. Previously was able to go into the “My Order and Receipt” tap and make my list from my previous weeks shopping receipt. After the update a few weeks ago, I go to this section in the app and it shows 1 random item I purchased from that shopping trip. Can you please fix this? PLEASE!

This is absolutely the worst in-store app I have ever used. When you check an item off there is no way to see just unchecked items, Ayer the latest update, I unchecked an item 3 times on my in store app and each time I reopened the app it was checked. I actually shop at Wegmans less because of this app. I used to shop at only Wegmans for groceries.
Cannot select a thing

App will not let me select a pick up time, nor search for items, nor even click on a subset of items, like gluten free. Useless!
Checkout Button Doesn’t Work

Spent 30 minutes filling out my cart and when I went to checkout… nothing. The button doesn’t work. Double checked everything in my settings and searched the FAQs and it appears I’ve done everything correctly. Not sure if this is a recent bug or what, but pretty bad experience. Hope it gets fixed. Thanks.
Gets worse with each update

The app is just a shell for the mobile website, and neither work well. You’ll get side scrolling from time to time. Last week if I added a note to an item in my cart, all the items in my cart that were checked off… became unchecked - not helpful. It’s just not a good mobile website, which translates into not a good app.

It seems unfair that an app can keep its old positive reviews when it completely changes the app. It’s been well over a year or two since they’ve changed it and nothing has been fixed. The app takes several seconds to simply load as does every search or item page. The coupons are easily clicked on and off by accident and do not separate out what you’ve selected for coupons. The product info requires multiple clicks and makes finding the correct aisle overly complicated. The side menu is itty bitty and it’s easy to click the wrong thing just to access your Wegmans card. Overall the old app made easy shopping lists and was convenient for in store navigation. Neither can be said about the current version and I can say without hesitation that it’s a reason I shop less at Wegmans these days.
“Upgrade” is buggy and crashes

Not pleased at all; the latest upgrade is unable to filter a search, and crashes when trying to look up orders and receipts. Pretty much now useless ?
New update made things worse

One of the features I used all the time and really loved was being able to go into my previous orders and uncheck everything so I can select only the items I want to add to my cart. I loved this. It was so easy and quick. Now they only give you the option to move everything to my cart. I don’t always get the same things each week so if I have to move everything from to my cart, I have to go in to remove items I don’t need. It’s such a hassle. Definitely doubled the time it takes me to order groceries.

Used to be able to add items to my list without selecting an actual brand. Now I can’t. And items randomly disappear from my list, or don’t leave after I check them off.
