I cannot believe that they still haven’t fixed the problem where the item just disappears from your list if it is out of stock. It’s been well over a year that this started happening. When I sent an email to Customer Service a few months ago, I got a response that “it is being worked on”. If I took that long to fix an issue at work, I would have been fired a long time ago. She also suggested that when I finish my grocery list, to Save it and then pull up the saved list when I start shopping. But the Saved list doesn’t tell you what aisle the products are in, which is one of the convenient things I use the app for. So, I create my list, then do screen shots of each page before I go shopping. That’s ridiculous. Get it fixed Wegmans!!!


Substitutions change?

No longer can you check a box that says no substitutions and now when you try to add a note to any new item it will not save. Useless

This app used to be awesome. But since they “updated” it, it is virtually unusable.The majority of the products in the store can’t be found by searching or by scanning the barcode. The only useful thing left on this app is knowing the location of the products.


Current app is TERRIBLE!

They keep tweaking this app to push you towards prepared food items (more $$$) and Wegmans brand stuff, but the can’t get basic stuff right. The search function is AWFUL!


Latest Update Ruined App

I use this app nearly every day. My husband and I keep a running list of items for curbside pickup and the latest update made it so that I cannot edit items in bulk, and they removed the feature that let you say you don’t want your items replaced if they’re not available. You have to INDIVIDUALLY edit each item on your list if you want to make sure that they are not replaced. Sometimes I have 40+ items on my list. I do not want to go through and edit each one. On top of that, if you don’t select the ‘do not replace’ option, you will still get an item that you didn’t want in your groceries when your preferred item is unavailable. And if your “approved” item is also unavailable, you will STILL get an item that you didn’t select or approve. This is ridiculous. Please fix this. Or just go back to the old version from this fall. Another issue is that when you’re going to pickup your groceries, sometimes the app doesn’t give you the option to let them know you’re there at curbside pickup. You have to go through your text messages and select the link that it sent you. Why would I think to go to my text messages to let them know when I arrive at the store? I wouldn’t. Again, this was working fine in the previous version. Whoever is working on this app keeps making it worse every time there’s an update. Wegmans, you need to get a new team to do this app.


Why does the app not open?

I have seen significant slow downs in the app of late but now it just sits on a white page and will not open. Same thing on my husbands phone. Hard to do any kind of pre-planning or coupon clipping. I have to get my computer and open up the website instead, frustrating.


November 2021 update is a disaster

Since the update, the app signs me out constantly, crashes repeatedly when I try to sign back in, and throws up error messages immediately on launching. Mess!


STOP DELETING OUT OF STOCK ITEMS, PLEASE!

Nothing is more frustrating than when my fiancé goes to the store with the in app list and comes home missing critical items. If an item is out of stock he can then choose a like item instead of nothing. Wegmans you seemed to have made an update where items were listed as “potentially out of stock/low stock). Where did it go? This feature alone make this app horrible to use. Help!


Free items disappeared

Had 2 freebies from you disappear before I could use the them! Not happy and reported to customer service. When they answered, they eluded to it being my fault for not completing something???? C’mon Wegmans, get with the program and take care of your customers!
