Overall good application! Needs one fix...

This application has surpassed my expectations and it does everything I need. The part that needs fixing is that when uploading photos from the iOS app, the photos on your camera roll show up with the oldest first and the newest on the bottom. I have to scroll through 8,000 photos to get to the new ones. Such a pain. NEW PHOTOS ON TOP LLEASE!!!! I also wish that streaming video over the internet was a bit faster and didn’t take so long to buffer before playing though.

HEIC FILE SUPPORT???

Hi! I just realized all my new photos in HEIC format are bing backed up, but can’t be viewed in the MyCloud app. I do not want to select the “Most Compatible” Option in the camera app since all the video file sizes become much larger. Any plan to support converting to jpeg when auto uploading to the MyCloud drive. You are supporting HEIC in my cloud home. Any plan to support in the mycloud app?

doesn’t support basic gestures, and doesn’t support files in iOS 11, and of course doesn’t support iPhone X.

I have had no problems connecting to the drive when traveling so far. My last trip to Mexico I was surprised that I connected so easily given the quality of the resort WiFi. I do not use it for streaming and that may be why I don’t have the problems others have had connecting.

Worst product ever, and I'm rarely the kind to leave negative reviews. Constantly loses connection; can't connect to more than 2/3 of the files I uploaded (which only took up 1/2 the hard drive space); more often than not am getting errors that the unit is unable to sync and may require firmware updates, even if a firmware update was completed the day before. Can't get Time Machine (for mac) backups to work at all, due to errors that my system can't sync properly about 90% of the time. DO NO BUY. Piece of junk.

The only issue I have with the app is that it doesn't support RAW photo files at all. I like to store my photos here and while out, it would be great if I could view the RAW files so I could transfer to my iPad to edit in Lightroom. At current I'm storing files on Dropbox for that purpose, I'd like to move away from that. 5 Stars once you guys get on that!
