By far the worst app ever used. Go through all the prompts , then kicks me off. Why waste all the money with signage for an app that hasn’t been updated since inception?

Last version is 2 years old. Who knows what type of security vulnerabilities exist with this app. I have gotten it to work 2 out of 10+ attempts after scanning a QR code. I really like the feature where it deducts money even though there was not a successful transaction to start a machine. A shame this will go unheeded by any Dev team member.

Double charged me and never refunded me. Horrible app, and the user interface doesn’t work

Despite my apartment complex posting signs showing this as an option (especially useful during this time of COVID-19), my large complex street location is not listed. The city is, but that’s it. So how does one use the app? We have to use the clunky website interface instead.

I wish my apartment complex picked a different provider. I’m sure this one was the cheapest by far. The app is basically useless. I rarely get it to function. The updates for machine status are rarely correct and take minutes to load. The app malfunctions when entering data (payment info etc). You don’t tap where you want to type you just tap random places until one of the fields is selected and you hope it’s the one you need.

I’d give it a zero if I could. My laundry room isn’t even on this app, despite sighs all over the place for this app.

Honestly, given all the tech resources available these days, you have to go out of your way to have such a crappy app and UI as this does. It’s built like a basic html webpage from 1996. Text boxes allow you to tap on them and input information when they feel like it. Error messages are cryptic and useless. And it takes a very long time to process anything. I can’t fathom why any building would use this garbage app for laundry when we have endless options for mobile pay in this day and age.

App is not reliable. If you click a field, it won’t open the keyboard. If you make the mistake of loading money on your account, it might not connect to the washing machine on certain days. Sometimes it doesn’t even list your washing machine/city as an option. Unreal how poorly this product works.
