App doesn't even have the basics

This app does not work. I could not find my laundry room so I clicked on the larger town we're a suburb of to see if maybe it was listed there. No, only the places in that specific city are listed. Since then, I tried to change my personal information on the App but it gives me no option to try a different city. Once you click on a city, there is no way to correct the mistake or change it if you move. I attempted to change the location more than once over the last month since this was installed at my apartments each time with the same results. I have never had an app that lacks even that most basic aspect of allowing me to change my location. This app sounds great but it fails so badly on the basics that even if it suddenly started working, I would never trust it with something like my banking information.

Frequently inaccurate, publisher does not care

You'd think that you'd get at least something right with this app, but no. Sometimes you get double charged, sometimes your laundry doesn't get remotely dry, and more often than not, the app fails to tell you when your laundry is done. Sometimes it's an hour early, sometimes it's ten minutes early, sometimes it's an hour late. Sometimes you don't get a notification when your laundry is done, and the app only says that your laundry is done after you switch it over. Moreover, the publisher has not made any attempts to improve since last summer.

Initially I had no problems login in or using this app. A few times the server was down and the app wasn't able to connect with the washer. This was very infuriating because all my clothes had been loaded. The next time I tried to login it gave me this message, "nodename, no servname provided or not known".

Newport Beach isn't listed despite the fact all of their bogus "WaveRider" signage promising functionality and usefulness litters the walls of our laundry facilities. The depth of their incompetence is evinced by one example: Berkley is entered twice - once spelled wrong and another correctly (they don't even know how to delete a mistake) so I, or anyone else from Newport Beach, can't use the app because ENTERING YOUR ACTUAL LOCATION OF EACH LAUNDRY FACILITY SO THE WASHING AND DRYING UNITS CAN BE MONITORED VIA SMARTPHONE IS THE ENTIRE POINT OF THE APP. A competent battle tested executive leader is necessary for any business venture to succeed - A company that is this asleep at the wheel spells trouble. With the rampant drug use in society now days, especially the tech industry, if you are a friend of anyone involved with this company, I respectfully suggest an intervention. Incompetence at the level WaveRider has reached is indicative of severe drug abuse and/or a deficit in the understanding of basic business. I cannot think of any other reason a glaringly obvious and embarrassing coding mistake and overall lack of oversight can go unchecked for so long. My prayers are with members of the WaveRider company and their families.

This app is not even worth trying. Not only did it easily take my money but it is very difficult to use. I attempted to call for support and the number was not easy to locate. Once I found the number I was unable to contact a costumer service representative. I was then offered to leave a message but the message inbox was full. Unbelievable. My laundry is currently sitting in the basket covered in detergent because I was unable to receive support. I am astonished that apartments even offer this worthless app. I much prefer reloading a card at my local office than this app. Very disappointed and will not use again. Hopefully I am able to receive a refund for my payment.

Needs some serious updating. I get notifications about my machines stopping an hour after they've already stopped.
