App doesn't even work and what's even better is their card readers are just as bad! Wish you could report the app and company for being trash.

Everything works except the status of the wash is off by like 20+ minutes. Besides that it’s fine, UI could be better but that’s my only complaint.

Downloaded the app because signage in my building told me it was the “easiest way to pay”. I downloaded, could not find my building, then the app crashed. I redownloaded, put in all my info, and then paid $10 (which is non refundable), and the app would not let me pay on the machines. The other 2 people in the laundry room were having problems with the app too. So I deleted and redownloaded again. The app now says I don’t have an account, but when I make a new account, the email account is taken. Basically, the app crashes, doesn’t work, doesn’t find correct locations, has no clear help center, money is non refundable, etc. do not use this app. It’s easier to pay with coins or a card. DO NOT USE.

Pathetic. Missing locations. Doesn’t match the site in functionality (and the site is something from the 90s). Can’t even log in have the time despite copy/pasting straight from my password app. I’ve never seen a mobile app fail so hard as this one - absolute bottom of the barrel.

literally whatever you do do not download this app it takes your money and then never actually works when using the machine and there is no one to call. Absolutely rediculous. The University of Kentucky needs to get rid of it because now my clothes will not be dried due to the malfunction of this app and the laundry machines.

This app does not list my city. It won’t let me log in on the app despite the fact that I can log in on their website. This could be a fantastic app if they actually put the effort into it. But unfortunately it seems like they don’t. Please list all the cities that are available and please actually make it so you can log in on the app!!!!
