This is the worst system in the world for laundry. Put $10 dollars on my account and ran 3 washers for $2 each. Somehow I only have $2 left in my account. But 3x2=6 so where is my other $2. There is nothing I can do until morning but have wet clothes since I can only dry 1 load.
Works at my complex!

I live in Bellevue WA. The machines won’t accept my card when I swipe but the app works great! I just wish my machines advertised the app. Luckily I searched google enough that I found the app.
Not worth it

They took my information and I made an account to put money into the program. The program didn’t work then my account got deleted so now I’m out the money I put in. Please don’t use this app.

I have never written a review. However, this app is so bad it warrants a review: a) it is not user friends in slightest; b) my building is not in the app (now, that may be my building’s fault); c) all around the worst client services app I’ve downloaded.

Worthless app. Only works 50% of the time. Of that 50%, 50% of the time it takes your money and doesn’t start the laundry. So, 25% of the time it works and you generally pay twice. It’s well worth the extra time to just use a credit card or coins.

This app has no place being on a smart phone. Username password constantly on able to sign in always have to delete the app to get an update on machines. It would be almost less painful to do my laundry in my bathtub and let them air dry. Axon the laundry solution company uses this company for the technology both companies failed miserably. Don’t even bother downloading this it’s a waste of time.

This app doesn’t even work! I created an account online and tried to sign in on app and it doesn’t even recognize my account. This app needs dire help.

I appreciate the cashless option this app allows, but the execution is just terrible. On top of everything, I'm unable to log into my account as we speak. First off, the interface is so slow. Every time you open the app, you have to input your password to log in; is does not save your password. After a moment of loading, you then have to open the QR code reader to start up the machines. This takes way too long and often fails without reason. Other problems with the app: on multiple occasions, I have accidentally reloaded my account twice because of the slow interface making me hit the button twice. The SMS alerts it sends you about your laundry being done are wrong as well; I only ever get them after I open the door to the machine to move it to another machine or my hamper. Another stupid thing is that it doesn't allow me the option to add the extra $.25 to do the "super wash" option. I have to bring my own quarter and put it in after I pay. And now, on top of that, the app isn't even working. Too bad this app has a monopoly on payment. The laundry machines do have card readers but they're just as slow as the app, if not slower, and often fail to read the card after multiple attempts.
