I tried for 10 minutes to make an account. The fields lock up and won’t let you select them. I was never able to make an account; however, after reading people’s comments, it sounds like I’m better off that way...

Horrible!!!!!!!!! All I want to do is pay you money so that I can do laundry! Apparently this is an impossible task. Unbelievable.

This is without a doubt the least user friendly app I have ever used. The UI is unresponsive, leaving you flailing at the screen feebly trying to tick a box or get the list of states or locations to pop up—mercifully the locations are listed alphabetically but there is no such accommodation made for states—I can’t fathom for the life of me an organizational method in which DC comes after TX. Topping things off with DC, when you then pick your city you have “Washington” and “Washington,” and why there are two god only knows. They don’t share any locations, and neither one has my location listed despite the poster prominently displayed instructing me to the app’s download and usage. I gave 1 star because I can’t give it -10.

Please update.

This app could be so good. It’s not even THAT bad. Just fix up all the UI, add passcode protection to the app, and fix the slowness/connection errors, and then you’re good to go! Please reach out if you need a designer/developer. -Bradley Dean Jones

Machines don’t take credit cards and app won’t let me add a card to my account. No cash accepted, how am I suppose to wash laundry?! Get your sh!t together!

It just doesn’t work.

The buttons almost never work from the app. It’s hard to get the app to connect to a machine. It never remembers my login. It just doesn’t work.

This app doesn’t work far more often than it does to pay to start laundry, and that is after you have already given them your money.

I haven’t had a problem till now and I added $10 and when I try to start a machine is says location not found! Seriously?! And I can’t get the money back now...

The app never works. Always says location unavailable or its timed out. I’ll put money on the app and end up having to use my bank card anyway so it’s a double waste. It’ll even take the money from the app and still will give me an error. What a joke. Since I’ve downloaded it two weeks ago, it’s only worked once.
