Total garbage, would rate below one star if possible

Freezes hasn't been updated in I don't know how long. Timers are somehow inaccurate. Update review for May 21, 2017. Still no update and warning pops up that it will no longer work after next ios update.

3 years I've lived here and still this app won't register my card.

Worst app and service I've ever seen. Called them several times they always blame the apartment complex and the apartment complex always blames them. The app still won't register my credit card after three years. Literally the worst system I've ever tried to use.

Can't log into the app. Username field only accepts email address.

The login on the website requires a username and the site works well. The login on the app only accepts a fully qualified email address which is NOT my username, and so it won't log me in. Since I can't change my account username to be my email address, the app is useless. PLEASE FIX THS.

Only good for paying for laundry

This app does not function as it should. The remaining time left on laundry is inaccurate, in fact, it doesn't work at all. The interface looks terrible. This app is only good for loading your card and it barely wants to scan the code to begin the cycle.

This company doesn't understand that credit cards, merchant services etc. are selling convenience. An app that hasn't been updated since iOS 7 and I received a notice it will not work at all on 11 is pathetic. Shame on you for being clueless as to what your product is and who your customers are.

I just got this app today and when I opened it it gave me an error message saying this app isn't compatible with my current iOS 11 version and the owner of this app needs to update it for me to use it. Hopefully this gets done soon. If not then I'm stuck to keeping track of the time instead of relying on a app. :/

As of this review the app has not been updated to work with iOS11 and more than likely will not work once iOS11 comes out. The developers knew about this for more than a year, and haven't done anything to fix this! This is deplorable!!! DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!

You guys need to fix your app! My phone updated last night to ios11 and the app isn’t compatible and now I just have money sitting in that account I can’t use! I’m very unhappy!

No compatibility with iOS11 means the money I preloaded on the app and have been using to pay for laundry is now stuck in limbo. Considering this app hasn’t been updated in three years (!!!), it looks like that is gone forever. Stay far away from this app!
