So glitchy

Just signing up took forever, it’s the most glitchy app I’ve ever used. Decided I do not want to load money on it since the singing up and singing in process had so many issues. Once signed up and signed in it was still very glitchy to just select our location. Good concept but the actual reality of this app is terrible.

No way to use this app at the Motorcoach Resort in Port St Lucie Still their adds litter our walls in the laundry I’ll address this issue with mgt to remove adds from wall.

This is the worst payment app ever. I uploaded money earlier in the year and now the app doesn’t even start the machines I am using but it continues to deduct money from my account. There is no customer support available. Don’t waste your time or money

Do NOT use this app. I needed to give this ZERO stars but it wouldn’t let me. It double charged me on more than one occasion and then when I contacted the company via phone and texts, they NEVER responded.

Why does it have a 1.2 rating? Should have a 1-star rating because a 1.2 means there's someone who doesn't think of this as completely useless. It never works, crashes a lot, and you have to use a short password (like 8 characters) to sign up, anything more than 8 characters will give you an error. Any app that saves credit card information shouldn't limit your password length to 8 characters... if they can't figure out how to do that, I wonder how "careful" they are on storing credit card information. I hate that so many places require this app to do laundry.
45 mins and never worked

Spend the last 45 minutes trying to start the freaking dryer and nothing happens, is there an extra trick you guys are not telling? Ive tried everything and nothing works.
