You would think one of the drawbacks of buying eyeglasses online vs. at an optical shop would be less customer service. But Warby Parker has given me superior customer service, well beyond anything I have seen anywhere else. The “chat” feature they have via your text message app is brilliant. They respond very quickly and do it as if they are a good friend of yours instead of just an employee. The app is so user-friendly and the buying process is hassle-free. I love this company!

Warby Parker offers trendy glasses that you can’t find anywhere else. I have a very picky 15 year old with a style that is hard to please. Warby Parker lets you try on 5 different pairs of glasses for free. When you’re ready to order, they basically do the work for you. Standard glasses are very comparable to most eye doctor offices. Just ordered my 1st pair and my daughter is excited.

I love this whole concept! It was easy to order a few pair for home try on and easy to pay. However there is no way you can upload your prescription. I always take pictures of them so I don’t lose them and it would be great if the app allowed you to access your photos for a prescription upload.

I just used the app to order my home try-on frames. What a great app! With an iPhone X, it can measure your face and show you the frames that will fit. Pick five, hit Apple Pay, and you are all set. Couldn’t be easier.
