Soooo helpful
new year new glasses

David assisted me over the phone and saved me money by helping me put the final touches on my frames. Absolute best customer service.

Customer Service!!

I don’t often write reviews but I felt this was deserving. I’ve gotten glasses from Warby Parker since I was a junior in high school and I’m now a year away from being 30. I got my 1st pair before they had brick and mortar stores. I’ve always loved their unique frames and price point. I have also only upgraded my frames due to vanity and not because they broke. I wear glasses 80% of the year so my glasses get thoroughly beat up. I’ve never broken a pair. I had a seizure (while wearing my glasses) and cracked my head open but my glasses still held up! Ok so now the real review :) This is in regards to their customer service. I recently called to pay to upgrade shipping to expedited. None of my cards were going through and it was clear there was a problem on their end. Instead of the rep asking me to call another time/day, she did a courtesy upgrade so I didn’t even end up paying for it. I wish I remembered her name! She was awesome! I also love their new replacement policy. Formally, they’d replace the lenses for free but now they replace the entire frames once during a 2 year period. It might be a year, but regardless, this is an example of really treating customers properly. I’m a Warby Parker Stan for life. I always suggest them to anyone who asks me about glasses. And I always get compliments on my glasses!

Very happy with Warby Parker

Overall, I have owned 7 pairs of Warby Parkers over the past two years. I appreciate their customer service and feel they are willing to help. It’s a one stop shop when purchasing new eye or sunglasses. Take advantage of their virtual try-on option, it’s really a great tool!

Fun features with AR frames but glitchy app.
LoBoSo

Fun features with AR frames but glitchy app. Running an iPhone 13 mini on iOS 15.2. Tried restarting phone. App needs restarting after crashing and being unresponsive. UI design also seems overly simple ignoring obvious consumer uses such as reviewing items or adjustments of items in the cart.

Love the Company - Hate the Small “Narrow” Selection
Shelly__31

First off, I want to say I was really happy with my eye exam, prescription, and the customer service and overall care I received while ordering my glasses through Warby Parker. My only complaint is that while I fell in love with a number of different pairs of glasses they offer, I quickly realized that if you have a “narrow” face shape, your selection pool to choose from is drastically reduced compared to other more “common” or I guess, desirable, face shapes. After I chose my pair of glasses, which weren’t the pair I had originally wanted but were the only ones offered in the “narrow” face selection that I halfway liked and that fit my face, I discovered on your app that you only offer 39 pairs of glasses to choose from for “narrow” faces. This sounds like a decent amount at first, but the number is dwarfed in comparison to the 121 pairs of glasses you offer on selection for “medium” width faces. I understand that your site says that “medium” width faces are the most common face widths and therefore it makes the most sense to offer the largest selection of glasses in this size. However, you also offer 73 different pairs to “wide” width faces, another face shape that is arguably less common compared to “medium” faces, just like “narrow” face shapes. The difference in selection size among the less common face shapes is blatantly noticeable and quite frankly, inexcusable; and even more inexcusable, is why “medium” face shapes are given more than triple the amount of frames to choose from than are “narrow” faces. Hopefully, in the future, you’ll add more frame options to your “narrow” face shape selection. Your company has so many beautiful frames to choose from and it’s disappointing to your customers when they find a pair of glasses whose shape, style, and color they like on their face but not in an existing size that will fit on them.

Frame reuse policy
Drprebs

Warby Parker’s new policy that prohibits the reuse of frames for a new prescription is indefensible. I was given the explanation that a used frame might subsequently break and would cost Warby Parker due to the frame guarantee. If a policy change needed to be made, which I assert it did not, then the change could simply be to not warranty used frames, instead of refusing to place new lenses in them. This is an unnecessary and absurd additional cost for those of us who have perfectly usable frames. This policy has caused this to be the last time I use Warby Parker for my eyeglasses needs.

App is lousy.

Can’t order contacts for both eyes on iPhone, when you alter qty from 12 boxes it deletes the other eye. Finally figured out how to order one eye at a time but software is buggy.
