The ordering process was simple, quick, and the staff was very friendly. Not to mention, the products being superb in quality and style. I love my glasses! Great experience! Great company! I did the home try-on and ordered my glasses and got them so quickly! I will definitely recommend to others! Great price and so great that they give to others who can't afford glasses too!

First of all, the Home Try-On is amazing. As a first time glasses user I was easily able to decide on my favorite pair. It did take my Try-on box more time to arrive than I would like but I live in Alaska so that is expected. After placing my prescription glasses order, they arrived in just 8 business days. I was extremely happy with that. There was a slight problem, the USPS marked my package as ‘Delivered to Agent’ but my previous package (Try-On) had been delivered to my mailbox. I contacted Warby Parker and they told me that they’d send another pair right away with expedited shipping just in case they wouldn’t be able to track my first order. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be ordering any future needed glasses from them.

I love this app- it’s smooth and easy to use. Their glasses are super cute (if a bit big, but that’s the style right now). I love their business model of helping to train others. I do wish they had an online try-on, too though. That way I’d have a better idea of what to order for the at-home try-on!
Only caters to a small segment of the population

This app has a grand total of 175 frames. There is no way to sort by size so you know you are choosing glasses that you can actually wear. You must go onto the description of the glasses to find their size. I found no (0) (zero) frames. That will fit me. The help chat via text is a bot. It does not answer the question you ask. I received an answer from the developer that says at the bottom of the eyeglasses or sunglasses page there is a place to sort by size. At the bottom of MY eyeglasses or sunglasses page is the following: shop; home try-on, locations, account, and cart. No way to sort by size.

I adore my WP glasses. So convenient and amazed by the short time it took to try different pairs and to get my pair ready. Less than a week! The app is so convenient too! Can’t wait to get my prescribed sunglasses (that I will order soon). Thank you!
