I think the app is great and WP has great products that are good quality. If I could make one change it would be for the WP app to be able to use the true depth front camera to put the glasses on you. So you could see what they kinda look like.

Everything you need to know is easily found through the app. It was a fun time from the try-on process to the ordering of frames. The only “con” I’ve found is some frames are not available for at home try-on. But there’s an abundance to choose from, anyways. Customer for life! Also, would love to see names of frames on advertisements.

I have been with WP for two years. I heard a TED talk about the roots of the company and decided to give it a shot. My frames are getting old and I have had two sets of lenses (second for free) and am ordering a free tryout for a new set now. Great company and excellent product!

I was hesitant to buy glasses online, thinking the fit might be off, the frames might be of a lesser quality, etc, etc, etc. I couldn't have been more wrong. The quality of the glasses, the fast service, and the value was exceptional. I'm a proud Warby Parker-er!
