After many years and much anxiety that once again I will have to settle on frames because of my narrow face and limited choices, I feel like I hit the lottery! I had such a wonderful experience at the store in Charlotte.

Wow! I just have to say! Wow! Long story short, I was a victim of a smash and grab this weekend, and my purse and everything in it, was stolen, including my glasses! I messaged the weekend number and explained the situation, I was told I would get about $20 off and expedited shipping. So today, I texted the number and was told I needed to call, and I’m so glad I did! I called and spoke with Rachel, gave her some info, and she looked up my account and saw that I just perfected some glasses (about 2 weeks ago) and she said, “hey, we can do better than $20 off, I’m going to send them for free, and expedited shipping for you!” She turned my week around! Happy tears were in my eyes! Thanks again! Your team and service is amazing!

This is my second time buying glasses for Warby Parker. I love the Home Try On feature and the style of the glasses are great! I also love the price of the glasses too. This website is a win win all around!!!! ????

I’ve tried other on line shops, was not very pleased! Used Warby Parker’s try-on’s Found a pair I liked, but was still skeptical about buying another pair, fearing I wouldn’t be able to see out of them either. I gave online shopping one more try. Took the picture, put in prescription one week later received my new glasses. With great trepidation I put them on! I can see. SO very happy with my new glasses No waste of money here Still kind of expensive, but it did save me around $100. All in all a very pleasant experience. I will be using them again, the next time I need new glasses

I received my second pair of glasses from Warby Parker today... And I couldn’t be happier. Why spend copious amounts of money on name brand glasses? And for what for them to break or lost. The quality of the frames is great and the lenses are just as good if not better than the big box stores. I would recommend Warby Parker to anyone who wants to make a statement with their eyewear, Someone who appreciates value, not to mention quality. I will be getting a third set of glasses from them next year! I had trouble with uploading my prescription, so I started a chat with someone (I wish I had gotten their name) on a Sunday at 6 p.m. I received a friendly response within minutes which is extremely rare these days. Thank you to everyone I spoke with... I wish I had all of your names. P.S. I don’t write reviews often but I feel like something had to be said!
