The whole process was so simple. I would suggest to anyone who wants a quality pair of glasses at a reasonable cost...:)

If you want designer glasses or sunglasses but don’t want to pay a crazy amount if money thus is the store. And if you don’t like to go out and shop they have home try on (which I did the first time) so you get to pick 5 frames for 5 days AND they pay the shipping both ways! And getting my prescription to them was soooo easy. I called Costco, they emailed it to me. I screenshot’ed it and uploaded it to app and just like that I had my first pair! Tons to chose from and SUPER responsive customer service. I am a huge huge fan!

The whole process was so simple and quick! The time frame, from the moment I ordered the try-on box, to me receiving my new prescription glasses, was just under 2 weeks. I really didn’t lift a finger. I lost my prescription, which was not a problem because Warby Parker called my doctor directly to retrieve the script. I truly didn’t have to leave the comfort of my home at all. The customer service is also fantastic. On a couple occasions I had questions and they were quick to respond and were very helpful. The final product came carefully packaged and appear to be of good quality. I’ll be recommending Warby Parker to everyone! Thank you!

The app is so easy to use and has great features, especially the at home try on and the ability to see them on another person from multiple views! The app is very simple and makes it easy to shop for glasses and sunglasses

Great glasses and extremely affordable! I own 3 pairs, just ordered another pair. Only my 3rd pair which are sunglasses, don't seem to have the high index lens I paid for...I will be returning them soon. But otherwise, the most affordable glasses I have purchased. I would always spend more than $500 - $700 a pair, but Warby Parker is my go-to brand now. Plus, buy a pair- give a pair is a wonderful thing! I just LOVE wearing glasses!

Warby Parker makes it easy and when I received my glasses I was thrilled with the quality of the frames and lenses.

Just got a new prescription today and wanted to look for new specs and sunglasses but I can’t get past the app asking for permission to send notifications. Oh well, deleted and moving on.
