App was amazing when it worked

The last few months this app has stopped loading the saved favorites. It also glitches when trying to add items to cart sometimes. Please create a fix

I wanted to try the pickup way at Walmart in Keokuk Iowa and Renae was amazing! Let her know my favorite 90’s movie was Jurassic Park! I plan on using the pick up more often due to Renae and her interaction with me, especially since it was my first time! Thank you Renae!

I absolutely love this app but lately since the last couple of updates this app is very slow. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling and still have the same issues.

I love this service and the app however it has gotten to the point that a lot of my favorites doesn’t show up. I really wish these bugs would get fixed so I can see all of my patent and fruits/veggies favorites.

It’s almost perfect but lacking accessibility

When it works it’s great. Sadly, no matter what feedback I provide, there are a number of things continuing to lack voiceover accessibility. Items that say “image” and continue to not allow me to add to cart? No go. Many times I simply cannot “select” something because so many things still lack accessibility. So long as I cannot choose, it is not convenient, and when not convenient, I take my business elsewhere. Their surveys aren’t accessibile either. I guess they don’t want my money.

My phone and the app are all up to date my internet service is decent also so the only other thing I could think of is it’s just the app it’s self??‍♀️ anyway it’s barely loads for me it’s constantly freezing up?? I really love this app when it’s working it’s very convenient and reliable but like I said only when it’s properly working which is barely if you see this message please help

This was the first time I have used the grocery app to pick up food and it was great!!!

Can’t even sign in to use it

Login information wouldn’t work. Reset my password. Won’t let me create the password because it’s the old password - the password it WOULDN'T LET ME LOG ON WITH. so I choose a different password. Save password to Face ID. Login. App freezes. I re-start the app and try to sign in again via Face ID. “WRONG PASSWORD”. I manually type in the newly updated password. “Wrong password” again. Terrible.

Some days I actually want to go into the store, or I need to to pick up a prescription too. I always make a list, however, it would be awesome if there was a shopping list option within the app that when you add an item, it either shows the aisle it’s on, or puts it in order from the front of the store to the back, or vice versa. So if I need coffee, creamer and some fresh broccoli, and I wanted it listed from the front of the store to the back, it would list it as fresh broccoli, coffee, creamer, along with the corresponding aisle. I know that’s complicated, so just being able to create a shopping list would be great!

I am really satisfied with the Delivery Unlimited. Only issues that I found was one time an item was missing and the other the item was damaged. Walmart refunded me right away I’m not complaining, “I gave a 5 star of course” but how long will you guys be refunding us instead please try to come up with a permanent fix for this:) Thank you once again, I’ll continue being a delivery unlimited customer! ???
