No iPad Support, No Other Option to Use

When on an iPad using any browser, when going to the normal Walmart.com site and then click on their Grocery link, it automatically *forces* users to download the Walmart iOS app and use it, there’s no way to use the grocery part through their site. Huge Problem: The iOS app is *only* for iPhone, on iPad, it opens only in portrait mode, the keyboard rarely shows up (so the only way to type in there is to type in another app, copy it, and paste it in this app. Very ridiculous. Walmart is obviously a ridiculously-HUGE company. They don’t have a tiny bit of money to make/convert their iPhone app so that it can work on iPad? Seriously, please update this app and make it work - including landscape mode. If you’re an iPad user, don’t even bother to try ordering from Walmart grocery. Pick another retailer that actually has a working iPad compatible app, or at least that their website doesn’t *force* users to *only* use their app, even though it doesn’t even support the device you’re on (Yes Walmart, I’m looking at you - this is beyond ridiculous).

I love this service and it usually works well but lately when I try to adjust quantity on the app, it’ll jump back to 1. I tried to see if there was an update to the app but there wasn’t.

Placed order days ago, Walmart cancelled it 30 minutes before scheduled delivery. Won’t be using their services again.

no way, no how, no nick nane

I used the curbside pickup for the first time last week. A young woman named Terri brought my groceries out to the car and helped me load them into my vehicle. They were super busy, but the delivery crew was friendly and efficient. I tried to tip her, but she refused. Against company policy, she said. ? Drat! Well-trained crew. Great customer service!

Horrible search function

The search function is absolutely horrible. If you search for a brand name, it should should all items in that brand first, but it doesn't. Search for something like "cookies & cream," and all brands of cookies & cream should fid play at the top, bug it doesn't. This app could be great, but it's a piece of crap as is. If you search for a specific item that you buy in a specificc store, you might have to scroll down through many items to find what your looking for. Completely unacceptable. In some cases, the item never shows up in search, even though you buy it all the time in the store that you want the item available for pick-up.

I only have two days that show up and they are always filled. ALWAYS. So I have not had the opportunity to actually try it out. My daughter raves about it. On her app it shows a whole week. I would probably like it much better if I had more date choices like she does. Please fix it.

This app is so annoying when you’re trying to find just a basic product of dried beans or instant rice. seriously you can’t even find the basic items in the menu it gives you all kinds of other crap that you’re not looking for. this is such a frustrating app to work with. I do realize with the way the world is right now that there’s a lot of out of stock items. but seriously there’s way too many out of stock. if you can’t put most of the items that people are looking for in a store that delivers then why have the app in the first place

I love shopping this way. One thing wish things not available could be picked when they were available so we could pick them up. We’re seniors who want to thank Walmart for this service. God bless????

I love this so much! I started using this app when cold and flu season started, plus I was 8m pregnant and had two kids. I have 3 kids now and I refuse to take them in the store and thankfully I don’t have to! But these last two weeks, my app has not been allowing me to check out, so I deleted it and I redownloaded it and hope that helps! That’s why I am giving this a 4 star instead of 5.
