I’ve been using this since it started and I do love it, but the app has a habit of getting stuck on a loop. I’ve been trying to look at Valentine’s Day stuff for 2 days and it just endlessly scrolls through the same 20 items over and over. I tried updating it because it was shutting my search off and now it’s doing this. I also wish there was a way for it to filter out the “out of stock” out of searches.

I’m at the Howell pick up and I can not brag enough about this service. My young man, James, has helped me many times and he just showed me how to install the app on my new phone!! Now that is service!!!

Slow response time.... very slow!!!!!! Have to hold “add” button down for it to work. Very very slow.

The concept is great and simple - you place your order, chose a time, pay (they put a hold on your account and don’t finalize until you pick up, check in when you get a text that your order is ready, pick a parking spot, sign, drive away. My only issue has been with the substitutions. For my first order, I allowed them to make substitutions and the ones I got were awful. So this time, I chose not to allow substitutions and now I have to go to a different store for 8 items. Walmart needs to bridge the gap between what they offer online and what is actually in stock, in real time. The technology is there and they can afford it. Otherwise, this service is amazing.

I have 4 kids!! So pickup helps so much and saves time Theres one girl named GABBY she went tru my bags to put the heavier items under and lightest on top omg thats the best pickup worker i seen since i pick up my groceries !!!! Nothing smashed everything arrived at my home perfectly thank you gabby :-)

Why can i not get it in any Size but iphone. I can not read that. I need it iPad size. The one that is iPad size won’t let me use pick up if I do a search.

I use this app all the time but lately it’s been a struggle!! When I search something (ex. Snacks) it will say there are 2000 different snack items but repeatedly shows the same 8-10 items. This is the same with bread, rolls, corn, basically anything I search.

I recently switched over to an iPhone from an android and idk what happened but the app is completely screwy now. It loops products like for instance I’ll scroll down and it’ll just continuously show me the same 6 products over and over. Idk what the issue is but it’s really annoying.

I just don’t get why they have a separate app for this. Why not have it on the same main Walmart app. Like on the website. I want to like this but as others have said it is buggy gets into a loop of same items over and over.

I love that I can come and not stress with kids in the store. But your app needs some help. Sometimes it fully works other times it doesn’t. It’s a hit and miss when it comes to pick up. I occasionally get an email or text saying the order is ready other times I have to open the app several times to see if the order is ready. I don’t always get a substitute list. And sometimes when I order I am charged more in my account then what the app says. And when I come to check in it doesn’t give me the option most of the time to put in my slot number. Or I have to update the app several times before it will let me check in.
