This app is awful. If you don’t immediately check in once you get the notice it goes to the order screen. Stupid! Then you have to call when you get there and wait 20 minutes for them to bring your order out. The app is pointless.
Please fix check-in in app!

I enjoy this service and have no problems ordering my groceries. However, check-in no longer functions on my app since the OS upgrade to my iPhone 6 and I am no longer getting emails that my order is ready. Please fix check-in on the app!!!

Decent app for us that have better things to do than spend in the grocery store. The more you shop the better it is as I can find things quicker because it automatically saves precious ordered items. I’ve used this 3 times and the last time 3 items were missed so I had to get them refunded. App is still not updated for iPhone X. The

Have been using the app for months, never had problems. Now all of a sudden when I receive the text and email stating my order was ready, the app does not allow me to check-in, as it states it is still processing, so I have to call. For as large as Walmart is, I think they need to upgrade their app AND website programmers, far too many issues and glitches on both.

This is amazing and I’m so glad that Wal-Mart started doing this. You add your groceries to your cart and choose when you want to pick everything up. Pick up times were available with just a few hours notice so it’s possible to get things the same day. You have the option to accept substitutions or not. And if an item isn’t available then it tells you that in the email once you’re order has been collected. I like being able to shop while doing price comparison of brands. You can save a lot of money if you aren’t picky. And roll back items are clearly marked in red. I placed my order for pick up the next morning between 8-9 am. At 7:40 I got the email that my order was ready. You check in on the app and it uses gps to track your location so that they know when you’ll get there. You can even say what color your car is so that they can find you easier. The employees were super friendly. They load your car for you and you sign a digital receipt and then you’re good to go. I love being able to do my grocery shopping at home and spend just 20 minutes at the store instead of an hour. I’ll be using this service a lot!

This service has worked wonderfully every time I have used it. Very little waiting (if any). The employees are friendly and helpful. I love having someone else do my shopping!
Scheduled time was 7-8.

I showed up at 8:01 and they wouldn’t answer the phone, bring out the groceries, or anything. I wasted 30 minutes driving out, and didn’t end up getting my groceries.
