I absolutely love this service!

I had surgery on my foot, and I’ll be non-weight-bearing for six weeks. It’s not impossible to shop in the store with my scooter, but what a relief it is to be able to put my foot up after a long day, shop on the phone app (with the option of allowing or disallowing substitutions if an item is out of stock), and pick up my groceries at the time I choose the next day! (Same-day pickup is available if you shop earlier in the day.) The app sends me an email when my order is ready. I “check in” on the app when I’m on my way, and it tracks when I pull in to the pickup parking lot. Lickety split they’re there with my order, loading it into the back of my car, just like in the commercials! I absolutely love this service!

This is worst decision I ordered and waited outside for over 1hr come on people we are not at the emergency room!!! This is un called for target is way better I only wait the most 5 minutes

Order was delayed

My order was delayed called the 1800 number and they can’t reach the store. I was told they have no idea when it will be ready. Sticking with Prime.

I absolutely love this app! I use it more for a grocery list to keep up with my cost. I really wish there was a “grocery” list in addition to the cart so when there’s something I don’t need right then I can save it for later when I do need the pick up option. It’s great with letting you know what’s on sale too.

Items jumping out of cart

This is the 3rd time I’ve used the app and every time I have used it I’ve added items to my cart only for some of them to “jump out”. It takes me more time trying to figure out what I’m missing than it’s worth. If the app worked correctly I would absolutely love it but it’s a waste of time when items disappear out of your cart. Walmart said it’s a known issue and I’m hoping they fix it soon!

Update: please look into an option in the app for no plastic bags, just open bags in our trunks. This process uses so many and then I have to get rid of them. Please! ♻️ Update: I like to unit price shop, but a lot of yours are wrong in the app. Please do pay some attention to these and correct. Overall, I’m very pleased! ?

Always wait over 20 minutes at Winter Haven store

Horrible wait times

I have used this service multiple times across the country and this store is the absolute worst with wait times. There’s always an excuse, but it obviously understaffed. This is my fourth trip and it is now approaching 30 minutes and no one has been to my car, after checking in online two times. Find a different location because this one is managed poorly
