This has been a great resource but a major issue is it lets you place an order even if the product is out of stock (it doesn’t inform u that it is), so when you actually go and get your stuff, some of the things that you ordered aren’t there because it was out of stock and you never knew it. I feel like this could be fixed or improved.

The pickup itself is good they have great service and a quick one to but the app has quite a lot of bugs it’s slow also just stops working all of the sudden ??♀️

I’ve been using the app for six months with success. There is a desired feature I request. When an item is out of stock, the app either says out of stock or glitches by saying available allowing you to place in cart then automatically disappears. Instead, I would prefer the app would allow me to add to my cart, be notified out of stock, sit in my cart, and I would be notified when the item is back in stock for fulfillment.
One Suggestion: on the instructions for pick-up is ready.

#1. Change from go to our app. To read: Just check the “CHECK IN” box at the top off this email. Older folks think we have to go out of the email and into your store’s app.???? Love this service! Such a gift for us older forks who shouldn’t be in the store. Thank you so much!!!!

We all depend on Walmart and they are ripping us off during the COVID19 outbreak for example not informing us that items placed in cart are actually not available so we add it anyway hoping that the food/item will be there when picked up or delivered. This is a scam, just to get you to think you are getting the stuff on your list, thus buying it, if you were honest about inventory, we would be better served, and go elsewhere where the item is, like milk paper towels toilet paper, etc. but no, Wally World screws us over for a partial order that many of us would think twice about purchasing A PARTIAL BAG OF ITEMS, THIS IS A WALMART CASH GRAB DURING COVID19?? I am ashamed to be a Walmart customer. All the IT techs out of work due to this China induced virus and you haven’t fix this in over a year...You deserve a poor rating, bad karma, and a miserable future for hurting the poorest in our country, by ripping off the poor and needy. Now more than ever you need to get off your fat patootie and square yourself away! Your service and app are both unacceptable!

I found this somewhat helpful about a year ago, but now with this pandemic going on you’d think this would come in handy! Nope! You have to wait 2 days to pick a date and time for your pick up just for them to cancel it because they don’t have most of your items in stock! What’s their resolution? Try it again.... and why risk having them cancel it again for the same reason? You’re better off going in and getting your stuff.

Please please fix these issues! Almost every item I add to the cart, it takes it back out. I know not every single item is out of stock so that can not be the issue! It's been happening for weeks, and yes I have updated the app (as of today). Kind of hard to self quarantine and do grocery pick up when I can't get the items to hold in the cart in the app!
