No customer support for banks that won’t sync

Have tried to synchronize chase bank account multiple times to no avail. Updated all apps, deleted and redownloaded all apps, and still no change. Have tried to find support number to reach out to Wally for assistance and have found nothing. I paid for a lifetime membership and this is now a waste as I can’t sync my main bank account.
How do I delete my account??

I want to delete my account I never use this (nothing bad just not something I want to do on my phone) I can’t find any way to delete my account. I tried contacting the contact us section on the app but heard nothing back =(

This app would be good if it worked like they claim. I signed up 3 years ago for a lifetime gold plan and have had nothing but frustration and difficulty using the services ☹️

I had used the legacy app for quite a while in the past, and though it was simple, it fulfilled all my basic needs. But don’t get me started on the update, and coming here to make this review, I see that I’m not alone. I’ve experienced glitches and bugs, disappearing transactions that I have entered, some of the migrated data was missing, app crashes. I sent an email to address these issues but of course no reply, so I deleted the app. A year or two later I downloaded it again hoping perhaps the issues were fixed, but the app kept crashing upon sign in, every time without fail. Another email, and still no reply. But the thing that really brought me here, was the marketing stunt they pulled off a few days ago. I first received an advertising email mentioning wally’s new features for 2022 and so forth. It was followed by an email from Wally’s CEO and Co-founder Saeid M. Hejazi apologizing for the wrong email as it was intended to new comers, and as an apology gift, he offered a free Premium Gold upgrade (which was a weird reason for an upgrade but ok) if I clicked on a link to download the app, and it will be activated automatically upon setup. I gave it one last chance and downloaded it, finished setup and voila, my account was still as “basic” as ever, no auto upgrade, and the option to upgrade still appeared with a price. And a cherry on top: it slowed my phone while it’s open. I deleted it, sent an email replying to the CEO about my disappointment with false advertisement (not my first time, not expecting a reply) and came here to leave this bad review, Wally, I’m done.

This app needs to focus a little more on simplicity. I find myself using this app but only because I don’t really have an option, the other apps out there aren’t as straightforward. I don’t enjoy using Wally, it need a lot of work. The most frustrating thing with this app is the fact that EVERY TIME you push a new update to the app, I lose all the categories I had hidden. I’ve raised this as an issue in your app multiple times over the past year and no one got back to me or fixed it.
App is ok but many issues and in need of several features

Interesting app but some issues still exists that are described from past reviews over the years like app logging out and having to sign back in almost every day, accounts not syncing all data and overall bugs like some accounts not displaying in one section but are in another. Outside of the issues, here are some things I think if implemented can make this app much greater than it currently is. - Password protect app - Access to Files app to upload images - Upload Documents like PDF as receipt's. - Dark Theme - Manually input Date or easier date picker. 30 year mortgage that doesn't tap into Plaid API system requires lots of scrolling. - Ability to hide accounts from view rather than having to delete them. - Manual account sync button - Ability to see all transactions under specific account when tapping Search Magnifying Glass - Accounts View All - Selected account rather than having to tap the search field, search for account then tapping account - Search to not require exact naming. Ex. I have an account named One - Spend, searching One doesn't bring up that account. I must input One - Spend for the results to show. - Search transactions section the ability to search by typing in a date. Some transactions have weird names and it'll be easier to search by date. - Ability to disable the auto tagging when creating a new payment.

Worked right after setup and showed me all my transactions across my various accounts. But it would not sync and show any updated transactions after the initial setup. I tried to manually sync but after 4 days of trying to show me the updates, I gave up and deleted the app. It was good while it worked but no a reliable app.
