International sync doesn’t work

Every time I have tried to do this international bank account sync appears an Error screen. FIX THIS because I paid the lifetime subscription!!!!

I purchased the Premium version of Wally, looking forward to a real commitment to my budget goals. This app has been nothing but glitchy. Many of my purchases will only selectively be loaded onto Wally. Some are over a week and a half past and still have not reflected on my budget. It’s really difficult to follow a budget when your expenses are not updated accurately. I’m having to spend more time cross checking my credit card transactions and Wally to make sure everything is up to date which takes probably more time than if I just manually tracked my expenses in the first place. What really pushed me to leave the negative review was the fact that their customer service team is virtually nonexistent. I have sent multiple messages through the app, and have even tried to reach out to customer support through the chat option on their website multiple times. I have been met with complete radio silence. I would hope that an app that has you pay for a “premium” service would at least respond to my feedback and concerns and help troubleshoot the issues that I am experiencing. Very disappointed, would NOT recommend. I only wish I hadn’t paid for a year long commitment.

Worked well to start. All seemed fine. No option for full free trial so purchased annual gold. Everything stopped working. Accounts wouldn’t update, no ability to link atm withdrawals to your cash account or create or edit categories and was glitchy between devices. Absolutely zero response to supposedly fully responsive customer service. I think they just sit and take their subs and do nothing. My fault should have read the reviews. What a waste Should be an option to refund fee.

I am not the type to write reviews, but I have been struggling with my life. So many apps for the banks and what am I paying where??!!! I just opened Wally and I can exhale again! You guys are awesome!!!!!!

Great idea if the app worked it be the best app to track finances but it doesn’t work ever. Nothing is accurate, bugs when you update and doesn’t allow you to delete duplicates from connected accounts

Crashed with showing tags

When checking the tags with 1 year of spendings, it crashes immediately. It works with all other timelines but not with ALL

Buggy, can’t sync accounts

Doesn’t even work. It would only sync one of my accounts but not others.

Respects privacy and doesn’t use my financial data to sell me personalized credit card offers like Mint and PocketGuard But I can’t even add an account because the plaid login screen is cropped (on ipad). Has crashed multiple times.
