Buggy

Jlotp

I don’t understand the high ratings this app has. It randomly adds transactions of $0 to the current date, transactions I’ve previously entered disappear. Scrolling, swiping, tapping are also very slow.

DO NOT PURCHASE!!

Kristie Ali

I did an upgrade and none of the paid features work, it asks me to pay each time. It's been 3 months and they still have not given me my refund or response. I've emailed and Facebook messaged numerous times dive January. Non-existent support and bugged app!!!

Good Improvement

ShaykhFahd

My favourite personal expense management app for a year now. Working very well after updates. At last update are coming again. I hope the app would be much current. Also need to improve customer support.

It’s pretty good!

I wish they had a feature that you could take a picture of a check or receipt & it would automatically add that.

Moderately user friendly, not very versatile, like it so far

I am looking for a simple tool to log my credit cards uses that does not link to my bank accounts. So far I found it easy to use, and possible to only add credit card accounts but nothing else. I cannot use some of the functions without adding an income account; but I figured as long as I can track my credit cards, it is fine. The app does not let you define your own expense categories, but the categories it suggests are reasonable and meet most of my need. I have not figured out how to use the budget functions without income accounts. I’ll give it a few more weeks and see if I’ll switch to it.

No customer support

BSmack

I invested heavily in this app. Purchased the complete package and linked bank accounts. 2 months later I still don’t get up to date true information from my bank accounts through Wally. Save your money, look elsewhere. WALLY?! Where are you? You don’t respond to emails or massages/feedback through the app. No customer service. Waist of money.

Robust app, help section lacking

Zhelezika

This app has a lot of features, and is a great tool if you really want to micro-manage every last cent that you spend. The complexity is also its downfall as it takes a bit of time to understand how it works. The help section lacks information about how the formulas calculate your savings goals and budgets. You can figure it out if you're financially savvy, but just takes some time.

Downloaded then deleted

jungj11

Downloaded, played around an immediately deleted. Couldn’t figure out simple additions like budget spent and would click on actions and nothing would happen. Nice idea but my 5 min experience with it was pretty frustrating.

Impossible to Link Bank Accounts

Nicole12!1

App is not user friendly and it’s impossible to figure out how to link your external bank accounts (after you pay for the upgrade subscription to do so).

Could be good but only can view 4 accounts

regulationnaughty

I like a lot of what the app could be, unfortunately I don’t understand where I can view all of the accounts I’ve added. Apparently you can only view 4 at a time. Also once you add an account, even though it doesn’t show up on your list of accounts in the dashboard, I can’t see how to delete it from the edit page (which only shows up through the add an expense feature, then you click the arrow to show all your accounts). Would also be nice to see a total of all the money you have scattered amongst accounts and cash. Only shows total expenses for the day. 2 stars because the app has a lot of potential and if I can’t find a better one, then I guess I’ll use this one and hope they’ll update it! Cool features are interface and the many specifics you can add to each expense (like location, hashtags, people, etc)
