No customer support for banks that won’t sync – Wally - Smart personal finance Review

Have tried to synchronize chase bank account multiple times to no avail. Updated all apps, deleted and redownloaded all apps, and still no change. Have tried to find support number to reach out to Wally for assistance and have found nothing. I paid for a lifetime membership and this is now a waste as I can’t sync my main bank account.
