Used this app for a month, only to have all data erased. Now it keeps asking me to enter my email address and when I do, I never receive an email from them! Huge thumbs down.
Too much stuff

Sorry, I prefer the earlier version. This has just too much stuff. I gave it three stars because I didn’t go Into it. It overwhelmed me immediately.
Bad UI
Succinct Periphrasis
This app’s answer to the current phone screen notch design, love it or hate it, is to squish their app into a rectangle leaving an inch of unused space on the top and bottom of the screen. This is the only app I’ve downloaded that takes this lazy path. Even the Vanguard retirement account app handles full screen on phones like the iPhone X series and it’s a crappy wrapper for their mobile site.
Crashes, Crashes, Crashes!

I just installed the recent 1.3 update and the app crashes. Will shut down phone and try again. I was glad to see the app have an update, but at the same time I was skeptical about the update. ?

Your recent update threw everything off. The app keeps force closing on itself. If y’all fix it, I’ll consider upgrading. I was going to upgrade but this update messed that up.
New Update Doesn’t Work

As of two days ago, I loved this app!!! It helped me manage my money and save. It was easy to use. When the app updated, I liked the simple layout of the home screen. But I can’t do anything with the app before it kicks me off! PLEASE FIX AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
Terrible Support for a paid App

Could be better were it not for the terrible support or perhaps I should have said non-existent support. I initially downloaded the Wally Lite which was free. I wanted to track my expenses on a vacation. I upgraded to the paid app Wally Next and wanted to migrate my information from Wally Lite to Wally Next. It’s been almost two months and no one from support has even acknowledged receipt of my request. I wish I could get my money back because your app is crap
Wally Keeps Crashing after the Update

I tried to reach out via the website Wally.me but site seems to be down as well. After the recent update I am not able to register any transactions. App opens and within a few seconds it crashes and closes. Anyone experiencing the same thing? How can I correct this situation.? Other than this I am quite pleased with the app. Thank you.
