It’s gotten progressively buggier and sometimes says my refills are denied when they’re not (by both Walgreens and the doctor), says I’ve initiated refills when I haven’t, and cancels orders randomly and no one at the pharmacy knows why. If it was JUST the app alone, I’d go with the phone-in option, but it seems to happen regardless. Walgreens meds to get its act together or I’ll be leaving for a new pharmacy!
Excellent App But...

The app is excellent. The exception is the auto refill feature. I do not want to use this feature but too often, it turns itself on for certain medications. I have to call my pharmacy to cancel the pending refills which is a nuisance. If I’m lucky, I can turn off the auto refills before the prescriptions are filled. I’m baffled as to why auto refill turns on automatically when I specifically have them turned off. There should also be a feature that allows me to cancel a refill within the app without having to call the pharmacy.

2/9 can’t log in at all. I use Face ID & it goes through but the app still says to log in. It’s now useless Again. Date ? As of last update the App keeps logging me out & sending me notifications to log back in. Won’t let me.
Latest Update Problem

Have used Balance Rewards for Healthy Choices for years. The late September update has made it inaccessible. Unable to update my Challenges that I am in the middle of. Sometimes it takes me to a log-in screen that never fully loads so it is unusable. You owe everybody Balance Rewards points for this mess. Update October 19, 2020: Balance Rewards for Healthy Choices is still inaccessible. You have done nothing to correct this for weeks. IPhone 8, up to date. Update February 9, 2021: App update to version 31.2 has logged me out. Log-In button is non-functional. Can’t access prescriptions, balance rewards, etc. You fixed it for a few months, then broke it again.

I tried to log in and keep getting error ! Not happy that I can’t log in guess u lost a customer until this is resolved !!

The app will not let me log in any longer since the new update. I even deleted the app and reinstalled. Still nothing. It’s useless. Please fix ASAP.
