I installed an update for this app which was working perfectly fine, and now after the update you can’t login to your account. Every time I click the button to login it does nothing. The button to create a new account appears to work, but I don’t want to create new. I simply want to log into my account. I use this app regularly so this is a huge I convenience. Please fix the issues with tour update or roll it back.

With Walgreens assigned by some states to give the Covid vaccine to seniors, it has been quite an experience. Walgreens wants people to establish accounts. With this in mind it is a herculean task for many to accomplish this. Then the endless sign in difficulties such as verification processes where a code is sent to an email or thru a text message. Once you get beyond this (if in fact you can) you go through screening questions for the vaccine. By the time you are able to actually make the appointment, alas they are all gone. In addition, the app fails and you are faced with a blank screen with type so small this senior cannot read it . States chose you to deliver a life-saving product. You must deliver on your promise.

I love Walgreens photo. I make my greeting cards online and upload them on my phone and pick them up the next day! It’s a great service at a great price! They have even caught a typo for me before and brought it to my attention before they printed it. They really do a great high quality job!

Every time I wanna develop pictures I spend minutes choosing photos and right before I can proceed the app closes down and makes me start all over. It’s terrible. Needs fixing!!!!!
DO NOT USE for Prescriptions

Over the past five months I’ve had nothing but problems using this app to order prescriptions. From it canceling the order for no reason to, the latest, ordering and it sending an email that I can expect to pick it up in a day and then a few days later the refill is just not listed in the app anymore and no one knows what happened. The refill request wasn’t even listed in the app anymore. If you depend on your prescriptions to survive, please either call in your refill or use someone else.

I am a first time user for Walgreens prints. I am amazed how easy it was to order prints. I did have to download the app as the website was glitching. But that is something I have found with several websites lately. Once I get the prints I'll send a review on the quality!
