Doesn't update correctly anymore

I have never had issues using this app until the past few months. Now it's constantly showing dates on prescriptions that aren't the same. For example one of mine I picked up the end of November yet it has 2 dates beginning and end of November which isn't correct because my insurance gives me a 90 day supply of that medicine so I'm not sure why it's showing 2 different dates weeks apart and not pick-up dates actual filling days so I don't know what's going on.

Doesn’t show future appointments

I like the app but every time I want to see the appointment I created it doesn’t show me so at the end I don’t know if I did or did not create an appointment.

Coupon can’t be used

Phone app indicated 30% coupon was available, but would not accept during check out.

The current update has eliminated all basic functionality of the refill process in converting all prescriptions to auto-refill or not. This is unnecessary and wasteful for “prn” or “as needed” medications which don’t need to be refilled monthly. The only way to get a refill is to turn on auto-refill, yet having done so two days ago there’s no indication that the pharmacy is processing it causing me to have to call the pharmacy to check. This is 2022, we’re supposed to be going forwards not backwards. Does anyone designing these apps actually know how prescriptions work? It’s not rocket science, just bring back “request refill” options and/or “refill by account.”

All my Walgreens vaccines have disappeared from my account. I need it to be on the app so I can show proof of vaccination. I recommend not going to Walgreens for vaccines and don’t use the app at all.

Slow and needs to get rid of verification for account members

The app is slow all the time. And you need to let more than one person log in at a time without having to verify the identity because like me other people share the account with their significant other or family members. Have trusted devices is better security like allow 4 devices because having to verify your identity after someone else logged in is very inconvenient.
