No longer supports pass in Apple Wallet

After trying to update my Duane Reade pass to the new My Walgreens, I learned this feature is no longer supported. Not sure if I’ve been losing points by scanning my Duane Reade pass, but I think so. Please add the wallet pass back so I don’t have to type my phone number at the register.

Seems like every time when I try to start a new 4 week challenge (on Monday as required) the app does not respond to the “start challenge” for either physical or lifestyle challenge until after I submit a 1 star rating and complain. Can't start new Health Goals - app not fully functioning.
Not Remotely User Friendly

I was just trying to make a simple pickup order, and when I got to the verification email step, it never arrived. Not even to my spam folder. Had to spend almost 15 minutes on the phone with customer service, and they had to make the purchase for me. I don’t know if this is just a glitch or what, but it shouldn’t be nearly this hard to place a simple pick-up order….
Forces you to auto renew Rx’s

I hate the latest update of this app. The only way to refill a prescription is to put it on auto renew. I don’t want to auto renew. Therefore I have to phone in my Rx refill orders and go through a bunch of voice prompts and of course at the end say that I don’t want to auto renew.

Hard to fill prescriptions

I downloaded this app to make it easier to refill my prescriptions. Not only is it more difficult, but now I have to spend more time on the phone with my pharmacy trying to figure out why my prescriptions aren’t filling. As someone with a chronic illness, having my medication on time is really important to me, and this app has made it hard for that to happen.

Wished walgreen app had a price check on the app so we won’t have to bother the employee especially since there isn’t much employees on the floor when it’s a busy day for a bunch of customers had to wait almost 10 min for a price check.

Stopped by to pickup a prescription and there were 12 cars in line. The pharmacy inside was closed due to corporate cutting pharmacy employees hours. This is an incredibly busy store and you’re cutting employees hours? There’s plenty of other pharmacies around. I guess we will be switching.

,I have been a customer at this store for over 20 years. The customer service has deteriorated to the point it is impossible do business. Phone skills are minimal. I was hung upon twice before I could reply to their hello. My wife finds the employees impossible to communicate with. My doctor has asked if I would change pharmacy because they were hung up on 4 times. I believe them because I was hung up on twice. THe pharmacy manager says that happens all the time. They make mistakes and are not interested in correcting them. I video taped the exchange. I approached this as a misunderstanding but the manager was not interested in my input and asked if “I wanted the prescription or not.”

Our prescriptions are automatically being selected as auto refill. Even though we never ever prefer it that way. But the app automatically does it!!! Then when a med is filled per the auto refill (because the app just does it on its own) it notifies me it’s ready. Then the next day it tried to auto fill again then I get a message that the pharmacy is contacting the doctor for more refills, only to have that request denied, and irritating the prescribing doctor. It’s such a pain and I don’t see why our meds are being switched to auto refill when I clearly am not! If it wasn’t for this issue it would be 5 stars.
