Last 2 versions won’t even let me sign in. I tap the “sign in” link (in 2 separate places), it blinks like it wants to do the right thing but the screen doesn’t change. I can’t refill my scripts if I can’t sign in. Walgreens app has been getting steadily more complicated. They gunked it up with extraneous garbage & now it doesn’t work for even the basic necessities.
Update to MyWalgreens made the app completely unusable.

New update to app makes it completely unusable. Won’t take existing sign-in info; won’t accept new register info. Tries to use existing facial recognition, but didn’t have anything to attach it to because app won’t go to existing account. Absolutely no way to fix. Unbelievable!

Since the update I was signed out of the app. Now the sign in button doesn’t even work. I can’t refill my prescriptions.

App design is in need of a complete overhaul. Today it doesn’t recognize me and won’t let me sign back in. Saying “ sorry for the inconvenience“.

I love to order picture prints off the App. So easy and quick! I can always find a coupon. Picture quality excellent.
Easy photo ordering

Love the app to order photos. Fast and easy to do right from my phone and it even let me know where the nearest Walgreens is to put the order in if I’m out of town.
