Cannot see awards earned in the app

When I make purchases I am told I have a balance and when I go to the app there’s no information. I also cannot see the recent activity. I seems my number is not tied up to my account in the app. It’s frustrating there is no tech support for this so I can try and find out what the issue is.
Issues with codes

It doesn’t allow me to use promo codes anymore no matter what I try. The codes are available, but it won’t accept them.

This is the worst photo website ever. I spend hours downloading pictures just for it to not work over and over again. Then when you try to put in promo code it never works.
Hope you don’t like scheduling vaccines

If you want to waste your time scheduling vaccines for locations that no longer offer vaccines, this app is for you! Bonus if you like using your PTO and rearranging your entire day for no reason.

I have been a customer for many years now, but recently I have found myself waiting longer and longer in line both inside and out to pickup or drop off medication refills. There is only one very long line for everything from questions to shots to prescriptions. Please consider hiring more help or having separate lines for certain things! I am elderly and have health issues which makes it difficult for me to stand for long periods of time. Waiting in the car is not convenient either if you need to purchase other in store items. I really hope you improve this soon as there were a lot of other upset customers in the over 45 minute line I waited in. My caregiver had children to pickup from school and we were running out of time! We certainly didn’t want to return another time only to have to repeat the wait time all over again. I hope this is corrected soon or we both may start taking our prescriptions and other shopping business elsewhere! Thank you. P Edwards.
Removed ability to add card to Apple Wallet

I can no longer add MyWalgreens card to Apple Wallet. When it was Balance Rewards I could. This allowed me to enter my rewards info without having to touch the keypad. Weird that now in the time of Covid is when Walgreens removes this convenient feature and expects us to physically touch a keypad again. I don’t get it. Such a nice feature that they removed.

Está muy buena y útil la app, pero deberían de tenerla en español también. Hay veces que se me hace un poco difícil buscar algún artículo o tratar de sacar una cita por el idioma.
