I really like the store. They seem to have everything I need. Their prices are fair, and their coupons and rewards are outstanding. But they have some of the rudest, could care less employees I've ever seen. I always have to brace myself to go in there.

I would like to compliment your employee Jason. He is always helpful, courteous and knowledgeable . He is never too busy to answer questions or assist customers . He is an assist to Walgreens and i hope is acknowledged for his wonderful service .

The app keeps refusing to load delivery options. It says there’s a problem with the app.
Doesn’t function

Just downloaded this app so that I can pre pay for my prescriptions, something that is extra handy during the pandemic and it doesn’t even work. I follow the process to pre pay and it goes to a blank screen. I have downloaded latest version of iOS and the app.
Horrible app experience

I had to restart app several times as it froze upon submission. Overall also not a very user friendly experience.
