Please fix this extremely annoying behavior. Otherwise the app is ok, but would like to see additional capabilities added like determine default settings for A/C when remotely starting from key fob. Also, what about remote starting from the app???

"There was an issue with that request please try again later" with every button pushed in the app. The only thing this app does for me is tell me my doors are locked or my windows are open. If I try and lick them from the app it just thinks about it for about 5 minutes before doing it if the app don't crash. Face ID never works, so manually have to log in only to get the error app.

Why would I pay for this added feature when it takes 30 seconds for my car to get the request I sent from my phone?? The delay from click on a phone to action by the car makes the app useless.

The car is great, but this app is terrible. Can’t tell if the car is locked or unlocked easily, give notifications saying the car is unlocked when I’m standing next to the car and just locked it. Can’t believe there is a charge for this after the free period. There is no way I’d pay for something this awful!!!!

Don’t waste your money in this app until they offer this feature. Very disappointing that it lacks the most important alert for an electric car, interrupted charging. It’s the life blood of my car and if I am wasting time after a charge got cut off without know it then what good is this app and paid for services? Seeing that my battery isn’t full when I manually check up on it?

Good think you get the free subscription for this service. It is NO WAY useful if it doesn’t work on command. It lags and fails to sync when you try to do anything. Also the notification that things are open or unlocked comes way after you are far from your vehicle. That’s okay if the app actually worked and I can lock the car from the app but when I try, the action always either fails and needs to refresh or says it is but will still tell me it’s unlocked even after closing the app and reopening to let it refresh. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

In a nutshell: - frequent login issues - no remote start feature - it alerts that the sunroof is open when it rains but you can’t close it remotely - nuisance alerts (low windshield wiper fluid) Not worth it

Its kinda hard to review an app, when the only thing i see every time i push a button is an error message!

This app promises great functionality, yet is unable to perform reliably on any of the features. The app seems to “lose” credentials every time I go to use the app. Often, commands issued from the app will timeout or error out. The scheduled charging feature is implemented in the most non sensical way.
