Good for the basic window down car unlocked. However when the car throws a fault it takes the vehicle health report almost 12 hours to reset after there is no more issue...no matter how many times you refresh it

I have 2018 GTi, this apps works well with my iPhone XS Max. Face ID works every time , it is almost too punctual with open window ,door unlocked, or sunroof reports. The fuel remaining is accurate. No issues for me

Keeps forgetting login

I have no idea why this app can’t remain logged in, especially if you enable touch/Face ID. I get that there are security issues with being able to unlock a car with access to the phone, but if a banking app can do it, I would hope my car app could do it as well. Other than that, it’s probably a 3 star app. It does what little it’s allowed to do, but it would be nice if it could do more.

I’m getting no notifications even though all are turned on. The app used to work but is now basically worthless

Nothing works. Every time an error pops up saying, "There was an issue with that request. Please try again later." Maybe they mean try again years later when Car-Net is actually developed and not just smoke and mirrors.

I have used several Apps from GM and Ford which offered even more features and would allow TOUCH ID or caching of login credentials. Car Net constantly “forgets” Your email and password so the “enable Touch ID” never works. I read VW/Audi has almost 7000 engineers on staff, please find a few and fix this embarrassment of an App!!

In order to adjust the battery settings i have to use this app. The 2015 egolf has a few handicaps with the antiquated dash/charging set up. I have to pay the monthly and deal with this really bad app in order to charge my car. I’d not mind if it weren’t for just how bad this app is! Please fix this app!

Got signed up for the app and for some reason, I just got 41 spam emails... can’t help but think it’s this app. They notifications keep coming. Don’t download.

First off I’m sure it’s useful for some, for me it was not. So before my 6 month trial ended I called to cancel, this was today. The woman on the line tried for 20 minutes to talk me into keeping and buying this $19 a month app which I do not need. I continuously said “ no thank you I would like to cancel” over and over. It took me finally saying “ am I not allowed to cancel or what is going on, I just want to cancel” she still said “ oh you can cancel in October and if you don’t we can always reimburse you” it was annoying and finally after what had to be the 20th time of me saying no, I got it cancelled . So if you don’t like hounding, don’t get and use this app. I recall even when I signed up for the trial the gIrl was really trying to get me to purchase a package, that should have been my warning ?
