We loved this house so much we have booked it again .. everything about it was perfect and the location is awesome it’s a quiet cove and a small decline to the dock which is a big plus for Norris lake .. highly recommend this owners homes, they are well maintained and he was very prompt in answering any questions

Can’t sort by price on the app

The website lets you sort and filter by price—a seemingly obvious and basic feature. It lets you filter by total price, which is really cool. Great feature. But you can’t do anything with price on the app! So strange. Also no “free parking” filter. A couple of things Airbnb does better than VRBO.

Poor customer service

I am unable to edit the wrong email VRBO has for me. Therefore, I have had no contact re our confirmation of vacation property that we have sent a down payment. After numerous calls into VRBO, still no confirmation.

Since the last update I’m not able to search by price any longer. This makes it more frustrating and time consuming to have search through all of these unneeded properties. I might as well use Google.

The service provided is great. We have used Vrbo to find rentals numerous times and have had nothing but positive experiences. The most recent app update, however, is anything but positive. Price filters have been removed and the filters that are available do not work. Now we have to scroll through hundreds of properties that either aren’t in our price range or don’t have the amenities we want. I personally will not be using Vrbo until the app is fixed due to the time wasted trying to find properties that fit our needs.

How do I take off my app, I don’t even know how much it is to add it but said it was charging me!! I’m afraid it will be a monthly or annual charge??!! I don’t want it if it’s not free app
