No price filtering?

Some recent change has dropped price from the available filters... how are you supposed to check for a place in Hawaii with hundreds of options and not have price?

Latest update can’t filter prices

With the latest update, you can no longer filter properties by price. So, now you have to scroll through all the properties that are out of your price range. If that filter is somewhere not obvious please let me know.

The app often falters and the fact that supply isn't guaranteed and one has to wait up to 48 hours for the owner to confirm availability makes it hard as a planning tool.

House has rat poop

When we arrived to the house we found rat poop all over the sheets and bed, All in the kitchen, all in the living room, and in all of the drawers where food is supposed to go! We called the first not there and reported the issue! We were on vacation and they had already taken all of our money which is why we could not leave! Day two they send a lady to clean the lady takes all the sheets and blankets to clean them when we asked her if she was going to clean rat feces she told us no there was also pubic hair all over the entire house! The cleaning lady was instructed by VRBO employees not to clean that! When will lady brought the sheets back she left them outside in the water it was raining so we had to go for the next two days with no blankets or sheets from said house! When we finally got in touch with someone to ask for a refund because our complete trip was ruined! They told us it is not their problem they told us that the owner of the house told us that and the rental company she uses told us that! With that being said I have cancer we were on this trip because I start my chemo in three days! We told them that and they said it was not their problem! Anyone that would like screenshots of said emails, is more than welcome to email me if you would like pictures of the rat feces or the pubic hair you can also email me I will email them to you if you need a booking, go with Airbnb! To be honest you’re probably better off staying in a homeless shelter! When we contacted Vrbo they told us it’s not there problem!

I don’t see an option to sort by price. If it’s there then it should be more visible because I don’t see it anywhere.

Unless I missed it I don’t see a saved search feature so you have to re-enter your criteria and filters every time. It’s very easy to rent through though and o think it’s great but could be improved. It took longer to find the property I wanted because of this.

Filters are Misleading and the price per Night should include all Charges; so frustrating when it is very easy to Give the total upfront.

Customer service is lacking with VRBO

This was my first experience booking with VRBO. I booked a place, then wanted to change possibly to another home that I found after. I couldn’t find a phone number and finally down loaded the app . While waiting on the phone for a rep, I finally figured out that you could cancel by their messsging. Once I finally gotta a rep he was very nice & helpful. Explained the difference between the kinds of rentals. I decided to KEEP the rental I had. He assured me that another note to void my cancellation would work. It didn’t. The next morning when I go to re-book the location, it’s $150 more to stay there. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!

App won’t allow me to enter number of guests into my search. I tried to locate a contact email, to notify VRBO of the error, but found nothing anywhere. It opens the guests page, but it’s totally blank and doesn’t have the plus buttons to add adults or kids.
