Sudden issues???

Normally I love Voxer. I’ve used it for 5 years! Now all the sudden today it logged me out and says my login is incorrect. But I get no email to reset my password. Now I can’t even use it at all.

I have used Voxer for multiple years. I’m an American, living overseas for work. I use Voxer to communicate with my family and friends. Customer Service is spot on and fast. Great app for the person on the go.

Notification Issues

Annoyed with it always saying I have messages when I don’t! I have an iPhone and there are ‘18’ phantom messages that won’t go away. The number just randomly changes throughout the day.

Weird glitches

There are always a lot of glitches on this app. Multiple times I’ve had to reinstall it. Sometimes it works afterwards and sometimes it doesn’t. Right now, it is doing a weird thing where it doesn’t clear my notifications and the notifications just keep building up.

App deleted messages after update

I updated and after the update any messages over a month old were deleted - this has never happened before. I have used this app as a voice journal and now many of my entries are lost with no indication that this would happen. Voxer, I am so disappointed!

Frustrating

I have had a notification that I have had 4 messages for months now. I would like a way for it to be deleted please. I have even deleted the app and re downloaded it and it still appears as though I have 4 messages.

So many glitches. Keeps showing a notification. ? it’s so annoying and constantly makes you check the app.

While I enjoy this app, it’s far from perfect. Sometimes it can take minutes to hours to even m days for messages to fully download and go through or come in. Most recently my app has shown that I have 5 notifications for over a week now when there are actually no new messages to be heard or read. I even opened all my chats and clicked the “mark all heard” option hoping it would clear it, but it didn’t help. Very disappointing.

I like this app but I can’t stand that no matter what I do the notifications bubble will not go away. Ever.

Not worth the headache

This app could be so so great but they have struggled for years to get it together and put out a decent product. I have to use it for work and don’t always get notifications. Sometimes when I do get the notifications, upon opening the app it says I have no internet connection - even on WiFi and in places with good service, and the messages from the notifications never load. On iPhones the volume is severely decreased to trick you into paying for the pro version. It worked slightly better on my Pixel but still had the issue of not always sending notifications right away. In 2020 apps should not have these simple problems. I hate that I have to use this for work and am actively trying to get us to switch to something else.
