It stopped working after update

This app has been great until recently. Now if my friend leaves me 2 or 3 or more messages it plays the first one only, and stops playing the rest. We live in separate states and this app has been helpful until now.

At this point I think Voxer needs to reimburse me for my months on end of paying for this subscription. I’ve tried to cancel for at least the last six months since I stopped using it. I go to my subscription page within my iPhone yet it’s not there, I go on my computer and it’s not there. Do not sign up for this app is Marco Polo instead.

I have made multiple request for help getting back into my pro voxer app! No help just a FAQ LINK! Which I’ve been thru multiple times ! I need help resetting password. For some reason I do not receive password reset email! Someone signed into my acct from unknown device so it advised me to reset password, well I can’t reset password if I NEVER RECEIVE AN EMAIL TO RESET PASSWORD ?! I have used voxer for over a decade, so I guess I’m done. Can’t sign in, can’t use it ?

First of all, I have the paid PRO version, which supposedly comes with customer support. For clarification: IT DOES NOT. I’ve turned in four help tickets; I’ve never gotten a response. The app is crazy buggy…

Got excited when l got a new Apple watch when I saw this app get added to it automatically. My partner has a Samsung watch so I thought a sort of cross platform walkie talkie app was an app I got a lot of use out of in the past taking initiative and becoming something more, but unsure of what to make of the functionality at the moment.

I can’t get anyone from support to help me. I’m unable to edit my profile and it won’t let me send them a message. Keeps saying ERROR. Then it says I’m not connected to internet (which I am) AND not connected to voxer where I signed up months ago but only used it once to try it out. I’m trying to get a large group on here but can’t even get myself on. I’m not finding this very easy.
