I've had so much fun with this app especially when it is upgraded. Definitely recommend it.

Sometimes my messages won't be delivered, and it'll take a long time for them to be. This app works for me when I travel, better than other apps. I'm assuming that upgrading will solve this problem, but I would hope you made a good enough product that works even for free. I'm awaiting for the update where all these bugs are fixed. Hopefully this happens soon.

After an update, It literally said I can't have my personal notes. I'm afraid to update again so I'm still on last version, especially after these other reviews. Turned off contacts option. They take all your contacts? Odd privacy policy. Keep it simple Voxer, you're just a walk it talkie. Great app for driving and NOT texting.

Terrible customer support

I've been trying to get into my account for about 2 months now and I've even reset my password. I'm getting an invalid email/password response and have tried contacting customer support several times but have yet to receive a response or solution. Very frustrating with such a simple issue to resolve.

Literally I can't even log into anything. I used to love voxer, so downloading it again I was super excited. Now I'm super annoyed. So many problems, not even worth it.

Just checked how you guys were doing with the app after years of not using it. All I have to say now is: lol y'all fcuked up. Good job ??? ORIGINAL REVIEW FROM YEARS AGO: I left so many notes to myself that are just gone. I contacted them for help on the issue, they just said sorry and didn't try any other way to help!! Update: the free version is incredibly crippled now & many simple features are only available to paid users. I'm telling everyone I know that I'm quitting voxer as there are many FREE alternatives that offer better features. Whatsapp has better audio quality. Facebook messenger too, and everyone already has Facebook, and you can reply from desktop as well.. Neither of them delete messages. And if they did, I'm sure they'd give you the courtesy of letting you know before making that change. F U voxer. Greed has gotten the best of you.

I'd like to see Files and Photos able to be connected/added onto Voxer from Google Drive. Dropbox comes up as an option, but Google Drive does not. Love some help!!
