Apple ID login

I signed up using my Apple ID. This works fine for all other apps but with Voxer it consistently requires me to log in every single time I want to use the app if it’s been longer than 5-10 mins of logging in. I have submitted two tickets to Voxer with ZERO response from them about this issue. Way too much trouble to use this app that is frequently used at my workplace. Please respond to your problem submissions Voxer!

As soon as I write a message or complete a voice note, the app shuts down. I’ve really loved using this with clients in the past, but it’s becoming too cumbersome to perform messaging tasks over and over again until I luck out and the app decides to work for a second! I’ve deleted and redone loaded the app a number of times and doesn’t help.

Write your message in a note first

This app glitches so much and force closes so if you’re writing a long note or don’t want your thought to dispear you better write it in your notes app first and then copy paste to quickly send before the app force closes itself. My app is updated. My phone is updated. I have plenty of memory on my phone. Idk why it started doing this this month but it’s very annoying. Please fix!

Hi, My employees (around 20ppl) and I are using this since 2015. It’s « fine ». Issues : 1) The browser app is terrible (safari) with messages not showing up, lost etc. We’ve had some massive misunderstandings with team members because of that 2) recording sound quality is just terrifying. What a shame for a talkie walkie app. Somehow the app is not taking advantage of the high quality of the microphone of the iphone. Also it’s not taking advantage of the new iOS feature that isolates voice. I love this app when I was an android user ever since switching to iPhone I can’t stand that you can’t change the notification sound, the most simplest thing and you can’t do it.

I keep using it because I have so many friends that use it, but it is so unreliable. Frequently have messages that just don’t record. Or that I don’t get. And the phantom notifications too.

I’ve used this app for years. Have it on my phone. Had it on my old iPad mini. I now have a new mini. When I go into the app it makes me sign in every time. After I get in and send a message and then get through using my iPad it has me sign in again when I use my iPad again. Doesn’t do this ever with my phone. I’m fed up.

Voxer is awesome overall! Great features, very easy to use. Love the tap to talk feature, I love being able to download voice memos, and the recall feature with the paid version is CLUTCH!! Two things I would change: 1) I wish it was easier to filter through and view missed & unheard messages. You can search for messages in the chat and it will show you the day/time the message was sent, but it won’t take you to the message when you click on it so you have to scroll. 2) The desktop version occasionally has bugs and won’t load the conversations, or it’ll say “no conversations” - usually logging out and logging back in fixes it One thing I would add: A schedule message feature. It would be so so nice to be able to schedule messages to send at specific days/times. Overall Voxer is a great app and I highly recommend. Love using it to connect with clients and clients love it too.

I’ve used Voxer all of the time for years but now can’t even login. Have tried all of the trouble shooting ideas. Try to login but all I ever get is “connecting”. But never does. Everything else on my phone works great. Haven’t been able to use Voxer for a couple of weeks. Tech support is non existent. Sent emails but just a generic unhelpful response.
