In the beginning I loved this app, we use it for work between the plumber and myself the office person. It’s fast yes, but there are plenty of glitches. Too many for me to stick around.

The badge notification will not go away, even after I mark all messages as read. My friends and I use this app to stay in touch. We live all over the U.S. and it’s been perfect for us.

Shows notifications, but aren’t any

This app worked great on my android phone. But on my new iPhone it keeps showing one notification but there aren’t any new notifications. Please fix this issue with the Voxer app!

Have loved and used this app for YEARS. But a recent update has made it so I can see who has liked another persons message, and I really enjoyed seeing that. Can we bring that back?

I have been a faithful Voxer user for almost three years now. I have the paid subscription, and I’ve converted tons of teams and colleagues to using the app across time. I’ve recently joined a new school district, and I tell everyone who will listen about this fabulous app. However, the phantom notification badges that cannot me cleared after multiple efforts to troubleshoot are making me downright nuts. I need the company to respond to my request for support before I seek an alternative tool. Voxer has been a huge help most of my career, but this headache is frustrating. Please help!

Unable to type and hit send

When I first downloaded the app, I wanted to message someone. When I click on the text box, my keyboard came up and covered the text box and the send button. So I couldn’t see what I was typing and couldn’t hit send. I have the iPhone 8. Solution was to uninstall the app and reinstall it.

I have never had a more glitchey, temperamental and inconsistent app. This app constantly has problems. And just when they fix one issue a new one arises. My latest problem is I can only listen when holding the phone to my ear. When I try to move it to speaker phone or headset the app crashes. Little things like that happen constantly. Stick around for months. Then magically get fixed only to have a new frustrating problem arise. A convenient concept with a ton of annoyances.

Just download this app. I thought it would be fun for my family to use.I guess if you enjoy receiving constant notifications that someone in your contact list is using voxer then maybe you would enjoy this app. In case you’re wondering – no you don’t just get notifications if they’re contacting you. It doesn’t matter who they are contacting...you get notified they are using it.Then not to mention the phantom notifications that everyone is talking about where it looks like you have a message but you don’t. This app was a waste of time, I couldn’t wait to delete it!

I can’t get messages to erase. The app keeps showing I have messages. I’ve cleared all unread and read messages and I’ve even deleted and reinstalled the app. Still shows them there. Hoping a update may help this problem. Help. Thanks
